Ideal location on Silver Lake, 3 blocks from beach, shopping, park+

Lee's Pointe has been in our family for three generations and was recently updated (new flooring, interior paint, and furnishings). The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2 common spaces, a game room and garage. It is surrounded by a large fenced in yard with amazing views of Silver Lake. Main living space on 2nd floor with views of lake.

Location! Location! Location! The house is walking distance to the beach and boardwalk as well as Rehoboth Avenue with all of the stores and restaurants. There is a park nearby as well as a new elementary school with playgrounds, tennis/pickleball and basketball courts. We also have a basketball hoop that can be pulled out in front of the house.

Small dogs are okay. Please remember to add a pet fee to your reservation.

Great location tucked away on Silver Lake. As noted, it is an older house but it had everything we needed for a spring weekend at the beach. And the owners are very responsive.

Once again our family loved are stay at 807 Scarborough Ave. The home owner was excellent to work with, the property was perfectly located, clean and perfect for a family of 5 and their pets. I plan to stay here the next time we are in Rehoboth.

Perfect Spot in Rehoboth

Stayed at this perfect spot (right on Silver Lake) during the off-season in March. The house was just the right size and conveniently located between Rehoboth and Dewey. We had such an amazing time and would stay there again in a second!

Perfect spot for a family vacation

Stayed for 2 weeks with family and thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home. It’s far enough away from the main Rehoboth Ave strip to be a quiet retreat, while still having everything within walking distance. Being pet friendly is a plus too. We didn’t bring our dog, but it’s nice to have the option.

Husband, son, dog and I enjoyed a wonderful stay. The house has every amenity and a beautiful lake view. Short and lovely walk to the beach and to town along the boardwalk. Highly recommend.

Great beach vacation!

We enjoyed our week stay at this house in Rehoboth! Peaceful and quiet location while also being close to the beach and boardwalk (10 min walk). It was great to be able to use all the beach supplies in the garage as well as the games. Great outdoor space with a grill, outdoor shower, and fenced in yard for our dog.

Wonderful family beach house

Great house! Wonderful and responsive host! A few blocks to beach or center of town with shops & restaurants. Less than 15 min walk to Funland games/rides. House well stocked with kitchen needs & plenty of games for all ages. Wrap around deck and large yard, too! Highly Recommend

Treasured Family Memories Made

What a beautiful place! The home was perfect for our family week at the shore. It was well stocked with everything we needed...bikes, beach equipment, kitchen supplies, outdoor games, toys for our grandson, and even parking passes to use in town! Location was ideal with playground and beach access within walking distance. Hosts were friendly and very responsive. We are looking forward to returning next year. :)

Family Beach week

We loved our stay for a week at the beach with our teenage kids. The hosts were so responsive and communication was easy. We often stay in South Bethany, so this quiet location in Rehoboth was perfect. We loved biking everywhere and relaxing on the deck. The “extras” provided with the house were so appreciated. It truly is an amazing property. We look forward to returning again in the future!

Ah Rehoboth!

We have been to Rehoboth many times over the years. This location and house worked out perfectly. We found lots of room, great lake views, met our needs with a 2 year old and dog. Kitchen and bathrooms came fully equipped. Owners contacted us after we arrived to make sure all was fine. We felt very secure and at home. I would recomend this house to eveyone who want to get away and relax. It was very convenient to restaurants and the beach. We walked everywhere.

Great house in a great location

Stayed with our 2 young daughters (age 4) for a week just before the start of the high summer season. The girls loved the toy filled sunroom, the easy walk to the beach, and the quick scooter into town. They also enjoyed the playground right around the corner and the footbridge with dozens and dozens of turtles. My wife and I enjoyed sipping coffee or wine on the multiple decks and the feeling of seclusion despite being so close to everything we wanted to do. A wonderful vacation and we hope to be back in the future.

This was my best VRBO stay yet! Beautiful property - private, lake-front, comfortable. We had the best of both worlds - Fall colors and lake-front at the house, and just a stone's throw to the beach, boardwalk, and downtown. I would love to stay here again!
