Enjoy a comfortable and convenient stay in our beautiful RV, located on private property. Minutes from Tarleton University, parks, walking trails, and shopping. The fully equipped RV offers a perfect home base whether you’re visiting for business, school or leisure. Inside you’ll find: A spacious queen-size bedroom, bunk bedswith a generous dining area: A dedicated workspace, ideal for remote work. A large bathroom. This RV is equipped with an all- seasons insulation package- cool and comfortable in the summer, with brand new very nice Air Conditioning. Features a constant supply water heater you’ll never run out of hot water!Located next to my homes extended patio, the RV has its own private driveway and entrance for easy, secure access. Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed with delicious homemade chocolate chip cookies.🍪 Additional amenities include high-speed internet and convenient self-check-in. 💯 throughly cleaned!PLEASE NOTE! We arrived late at night to find this is an RV on a residential property making it difficult to find as we were looking for an RV park not a house. While the neighborhood was quiet, there were some questionable people walking around, The interior had some cleanliness issues, including dead mosquitoes on the bunks. As we arrived very late, we didn’t want to notify the owner and wake them up. The layout is also quite small. My 6-foot-tall son could not fit in the bunks or on the sofa, requiring him to take the master bed while I used the couch. Overall this is okay for a 1 night stay.

I hosted for 10 years, if you read about my RV it clearly states it on my property location is right beside my house.All my photos clearly show every area, and I would’ve been happy to answer any questions beforehand.The so called questionable people were that you were talking about were my very nice neighbors. Disheartening at least I spend so much time cleaning for each and every one of my guest and would’ve been happy to work with you on any issue, you never gave me that opportunity!I always Leave a welcome note stating if there anything at all I’m happy to help, even for a late arrival! Great location in regards to the University

it was very easy to find very easy parking. Clean and cozy exactly what we needed for 10 hours of rest. The chocolate chip cookies were delicious.

Fantastic place to stay

Very clean cozy RV, unbelievably well stocked, Pam has really thought of everything! We stayed for three days and definitely enjoyed having our own little place instead of a typical hotel. We will book the rv again next year when we are in Stephenville.

Great little space

This trailer was very well kept and perfect for a weekend watching our daughter at the College rodeo. We just needed a place to shower and sleep. This was perfect and affordable.

Weekend visit
