Additionally, the Somerset requires community fobs for entry, so you will need to collect them before arriving. Our agency sends helpful reminder texts, including all your stay details on the morning of arrival, nightly reminders to close your blinds during turtle season to avoid fines, and a departure notice the day before check-out. Most reasonable guests find these messages very useful. Regarding the tub, you mentioned spending $15 on a bath bomb but being unable to use it because the tub would slowly lose water when filled. We offered to dispatch maintenance to assess the issue, but you explained you have a similar tub that was difficult to repair and preferred us to wait until after your departure.
