Welcome to Swan Bay Cabins, nestled in the foothills of Buchanan, TN and encircled by natural beauty and an abundance of wildlife. Our brand-new cabins make a perfect getaway for any occasion. When you rent one of our charming one-bedroom, one-bathroom cabins, you will appreciate their rustic “all-wood” construction and clean, welcoming design. Each cozy cabin is furnished with all the amenities you will need to relax including TV, full kitchen, heating and air conditioning and a spacious shower. Swan Bay Cabins is the perfect place to enjoy nature in their beautiful, woodsy setting. Want to include your furry friend during your stay? Bring them along as our cabins are pet-friendly.


Swan Bay Cabins are conveniently located 1.8 miles from Paris Landing Marina, in fact; we are one of the closest cabin rentals to Paris Landing Marina and just minutes away from Kentucky Lake. We have plenty of boat parking too.

This cabin was just awesome. It appeared to be fairly new and was spotlessly clean. This was way better than staying in a hotel. Close access to the lakes and it was quiet during my stay.

The cabin was perfect! It was very clean and exactly as described. It was the perfect getaway for our son’s fall break. We brought our boat and launched from the nearby boat ramp at Paris Landing State Park. The owner was easy to communicate with. Our 10 year old son loved it so much he wrote a handwritten review and left on the counter when we left. Highly recommend and we will be back!

We visited Paris Landing State Park and Land Between the Lakes. The cabin at Swan Bay was convenient to both. The cabin was comfortable with everything you might need. Highly recommend the cabins at Swan Bay. They are small but comfortable and convenient!

Cabin was as pictured. Enjoyed the porch and fast access to nearby park. Bathroom would be enhanced with an additional shelf or small tabletop. Overall it's a great unit and at good price point. Owners super easy to communicate with & check in.

They literally have everything's you need to use.

You only have to bring you drink and food. Our dog loved being with us instead of a kernel that we had to board.

Brand new cabin about a mile from the water( driving) and Paris landing state park. The grounds are beautiful and very clean. Ken is a super friendly man and responds to any call or text. Great place to hang out and enjoy the day or evening.
