This place is just perfect, I’ve stayed at Bills place 4 times now, each time for a minimum of a week. Bill is an amazing host always ready to answer a question about the local area and the property is always perfect. I’ve the years I’ve stayed at vacation properties all over the country and nothing compares to the consistency and quality of this property. I called this home away from home as I truly feel at home when staying at Bills place. If you’re going to be in the Augusta area for any reason, stay here!!!!!!

Great place to get away!!!

Clean and spacious, Bill the owner is a great guy to talk with. Quiet little town and everyone we talked with was very friendly. Bill has everything you need to cook with which makes life a bit easier. The beds are comfortable as well.

This was a great house! It has been really nicely updated, and the single floor with few stairs was perfect for my elderly father who doesn't get around very easily these days. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. My dad has never met a snack that he didn't love, so he really enjoyed the snack basket that was left out for us.

We had a great weekend staying in Augusta! The house was lovely, very clean, and incredibly well-stocked as far as kitchen items and toiletries. It was also very easy to get in touch with the property owner. We would definitely stay here in the future if we ever find ourselves back in Augusta!

Great town / Great spot

Came to August for a wedding/band played event at Sun Canyon Lodge. Stayed at this great cabin with a couple band members. Great space. Great little town. Hung out at the Western Bar couple nights with some locals and had breakfast at the Cafe. Cabin was well equipped and the 3 bedrooms allowed space and good nights rest for us all. Easy check in/out. Owner was quick to reply to any message.

Excellent Property!

Our family truly enjoyed our stay here. It is well appointed with towels, spices, condiments, soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Very close to everything in town and was IMMACULATE! Would definitely stay again. My only suggestion would be to have more seating in the living room. There is a comfy couch and recliner, but we had 7 in our group and we had to get creative for comfortable seating in the living room.

Third year I have stayed there. Extremely clean, updated, the owner definitely cares about this house. Quiet area, plenty of parking, in town. Close to fishing. Kitchen has everything you need. Big fridge for all your food. Wine opener, Mr coffee pot, full kitchen. Keurig coffee machine with individual cups.

Absolutely amazing cabin. Affordable, clean, well kept, looked exactly as advertised. Owner was extremely friendly and a joy to talk with. Would definitely recommend staying here. Perfect location, minutes from good food, groceries and gas and 30 minutes or less from excellent hunting areas.

Nice little cabin in a nice little town. House had everything we needed for the weekend. I just wished that I would have seen or heard from the owners or property manager at least once. I called three times and never heard from them. We simply let ourselves in and locked up when we left. I would stay there again though.
