The house was well located for our plans, as we had expected. It was in a quiet and very pleasant neighborhood with plenty of space for everyone in our party to have peace and privacy after long.travel days. You asked about the laundry, yes it was nice to have the facilities available, but we far more enjoyed having a kitchen that allowed us to breakfast on our own and not have to go out to early. A lovely stay!

Had a wonderful stay. Arrived in the dark which made finding the home for the first time a bit of a challenge. Garage is on the back side accessed from a different road spur than the front of the house. After that, no issues at all. Rooms were clean, and beds were super comfortable. Bathrooms clean with plenty of towels and washcloths. Kitchen had all the cooking utensils and pots/pans that we needed. They even provided enough coffee packets for one pot of coffee EACH morning we were there. That seems to be a rarity for most VRBO rentals I have stayed in. Overall easy access to I-40 and the Blue Ridge Parkway with all that Asheville has to offer. Would easily stay here again if I were to visit the area to catch some of the activities we missed on this trip. Highly recommend the 2 hour drive to the Billy Graham Library in Charlotte, a visit to the Biltmore, and the drive to Mt. Mitchell along the Blue Ridge Parkway. Appreciate the information left by Megan in the binder to help with some of our planning. Overall a wonderful trip with an extremely comfortable home for our few nights in Asheville. Thanks!!

The house was ideally located—just minutes from downtown Asheville and the Blue Ridge Parkway. It had all the amenities our family needed for a comfortable stay. Megan was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in early and quickly resolving a small issue when a remote was missing upstairs by having one delivered the very next day. She was a fantastic communicator throughout our stay, and we truly appreciated her responsiveness and hospitality.

When we started to make coffee the first morning, we saw that the coffeemaker hadn't been cleaned from the previous user - the used coffee grounds were still in there. Made us a bit nervous about the cleaning protocol.It would have been nice to have a box of kleenex in the bathrooms. Two of the 3 of us found our beds to be overly firm for a good night's sleep. The location was perfect for us & the living room furniture was really comfortable for conversation.

Beatiful location

Best Host!!

Second Visit at This Property

Second time to rent this property as I love the neighborhood and the closeness to the Blue Ridge Parkway, the Biltmore Estate, a grocery store, a couple gas stations, and downtown Asheville. Very peaceful setting and this time was thrilled to see a black bear walk past the house on his way to forage for food in the woods. Would rent again if visiting Asheville in the future.

This is a great property; well stocked and clean. Beds are firm, which we loved. Could use more towels for extended stays. The only downside to this property was the stairs. They were extremely slippery when wearing socks which was hazardous.

Convenient location

15 minutes to Ashville and 5 minutes to Blue Ridge Parkway. It is up on a hill, and parking is limited. There is no easy way to get in from lower level parking. The property looks new and is very clean. Property manager is responsive. Good place for a family, especially with older children

Group helping build tiny homes for needy

The home was almost as described. It is spacious, beds were comfortable, both bathrooms were clean and the washer & dryer were great. It is on a steep grade and in a great location. The home is in a great location and had easy access to downtown and surrounding areas. We were working at Camp Cedar Cliff, on the Billy Graham Training Center Campus, building tiny homes for people displaced by the flooding. This home was only about 5 miles from the camp. Thank You for having this home open with a reasonable price. It was awesome!

Nice House

The mattresses were not great - especially in the downstairs bedroom (we turned it over or wouldn't have been able to stay there). And we could have used more hand towels. Otherwise, it worked very well for us - 6 adults, Kitchen was well equipped, grill was great, house was clean and well located for us near family and very close to the Blue Ridge.
