The master bedroom complete with walk-in closet and ensuite, ensures you will have your own private space.
This generously proportioned homes flows effortlessly from the living space to the private covered screened in lanai, where you can admire the sparkling pool and waterfront views. Outdoor dining and lounge seating as well as a grill will complete your ideal vacation stay. A private patio area adjacent to the canal is perfect for a day of fishing - fishing poles are included with the rental. Look for turtles and otters that frolic in the canal. Take a tour of the neighborhood or get your workout in on the bicycles provided for your stay.

Going to the beach? Take the complimentary beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach toys with you.

Traveling with kids? We have you covered. There is a pack-n-play, stroller & high chair included with your rental. Kid friendly plastic dish ware is also provided.

The pool is always heated to a warm 88 degrees at no additional charge. There is also a grill - the propane is also included.

This home is ideally positioned on the Ticonderoga Canal where you can enjoy the proximity to the beaches, restaurants, shopping and golf courses. Located in a reputable area near the Palmetto Pine Country Club Golf Course, this golf course is just over a mile away and open to the public.

There is no additional charge for pool heat or electricity.

We have a professional company we hire to do all of the cleaning and maintenance. They will be following all of the CDC sanitation guidelines. There will only be towels and linens supplied for the number of guests listed on the reservation.



There will be an initial supply of toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, antibacterial cleaning spray, paper towel and laundry detergent - guests will be responsible for additional supplies as needed.
