Business friendly. One block to Beaumont Hospital. 1 mile to Birmingham. 5 minutes to downtown Royal Oak. Woodward is 100 yards away- walk to Starbucks, drive 20 minutes directly to downtown Detroit. The zoo is 2 miles south.
