The Space:
The house features thermal heating throughout, offering individual heaters in each room. The ground floor encompasses the kitchen, dining, and living areas, seamlessly connecting to the patio and BBQ space. Upstairs, the master bedroom boasts a King Bed and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom two also offers a King Bed, while bedroom three provides flexibility with bunk beds. The main bathroom is located upstairs and includes a shower, toilet, and bathtub. Downstairs, bedroom four features a Queen Bed. Bedroom five is conveniently situated off the internal access garage. Adjacent to the garage, the laundry area includes a third shower and a drying cupboard that utilises the thermal heating system.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire house, including the five bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, living room, and laundry facilities. Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, and cookware. Relax and unwind on the deck and make use of the BBQ grill. Take a dip in the thermally heated plunge pool, perfect for relaxation. Free parking is available on the premises and on the street.

The Neighborhood:
The house is located up a long driveway, so although you are so conveniently located, you can relax in a tranquil space free from road noise. Keen golfers can pop to the course located a stone’s throw from the house, while bikers can ride on cycle lanes to their choice of world-class trails in under 15 minutes. Jump in the car and be at the Rotorua waterfront in 10 minutes for lunch, brunch or some shopping. There is also a group of shops just around the corner, and a local supermarket within walking distance.

Getting Around:
Conveniently located, our property offers excellent transport links. You'll find free parking available both on the property and on the street. The local bus service has a stop within a few minutes walk, offering easy access to the city center and local attractions. Rotorua Airport (ROT) is a short 10-minute drive away. The Rotorua central business district is also a quick 10-minute drive away. Enjoy the freedom of exploring the region with ease, whether you prefer to drive, take a bus, or use a taxi.

The Plunge Pool is thermally heated. It is not a full size swimming pool, the measurements are 900mm Deep x 2000mm Long x 1800mm Wide. The temperature will vary in the pool as it is thermally heated so we cannot set it at a certain temperature.
