2 Bedroom, 1 Bath Townhouse in Historic Downtown Florence!

We go the extra mile to make sure your stay is comfortable in modern yet rustic 1600 sq ft loft. This is a historic property that served as a town garage in the 1800s and early 1900s. It was completely remodeled, but you still get to experience the exposed brick and painting on the walls. The property is in the heart of Florence, within walking distance to great restaurants and shops. This property is quiet and spacious.
Parking is available out front.
We provide the basics like dinnerware, cookware, pots, pans, flatware, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, laundry supplies, dishwashing soap, plastic bags, foil, spices, etc.
We have Roku TVs in the bedrooms so you can stream movies and you can watch cable through the Spectrum app.
There is a swamp cooler in the main living area and window AC units in the bedrooms. Please turn them off prior to leaving.
Garbage is dumped on Mondays. Please use the Howard Disposal garbage bin out front.

Fabulous Weekend Getaway!

I absolutely loved my stay at this charming townhouse! It was the perfect location, spotlessly clean, and so comfortable. (Seriously, the bed was absolute heaven!) The host was very kind and accommodating, too. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. I’m already dreaming of my next stay.

Spacious and quiet. More amenities than you would expect. While it is next to a bar, it was still quiet, even on Saturday night. Friendly town. Be aware it's 19 steps up once you enter the front door.

Beautiful, cozy and welcoming. Centrally located to ensure you are in within a manageable driving distance to the Royal Gorge, Garden of the gods and Pikes Peak. Walking distance to local brewery and restaurants. Our kids loved the amenities provided with the rental. Fully furnished kitchen made it nice when we did not feel like dinning out! Local grocery store 8 min up the road had everything we needed as well. We will stay again next time we are in the area!

We loved the location and historic feel of this property. It is well stocked and comfortable. Communication was easy. I would just say the unit could use a touch of TLC. The fire alarm went off twice while we there for no apparent reason and the toilet over flowed and we couldn’t figure out why. Aside from those odd occurrences, we enjoyed our stay.

Loft house

We had a great time in this beautiful loft. The loft was spacious and had everything we needed. We were fairly close to the Royal Gorge and Cañon City was only a few miles away. We could hear some people talking outside the loft at night but for the most part it was great. If your getting drinks locally the local brewery on the corner is what I would recommend.

Absolutely Charming!

Entire second floor of a renovated turn-of-the-century building. Loft feel, with wood floors and wooden ceilings. Huge living room, with the biggest sectional I have ever seen. Unit kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and kitchwear. Exposed brick walls. Really a treat to stay here!

Once inside the property, it was as pictured on the web. Very well equipped and clean. Was a little taken-aback by the front entrance when we pulled up and not an option to sit outside as well. Host answered all questions promptly. Location is right across the street from the train tracks FYI. Only issues were lighting was not conducive to reading and the a few of the windows would not stay open (up) on their own so had to prop open.

First time in Florence, nice little town! Very clean and organized!! Convenient to EVERYTHING! Just 2 blocks off Main Street and Florence Brewery around the corner!!!! Literally!! About 15 minutes to Cañon City/ train/ Royal Gorge. Don’t waste your time on finding a good restaurant- 2 sisters on main st. Is the BEST!! Breakfast lunch and dinner!!! Go check it out!!

Within walking distance to several shops, restaurants, and the Florence brewing Company in the small downtown area. Close to Canon City if you are planning on riding the train or going to the bridge.
