You need to be an adult my friend, first: in this area we have 24 hours of electricity energy since 1996, you lived an emergency, even in New York City you dont have electricity when an emergency occurs, it means something not programmed, second: about the power I can demostrate that we have a generator, and an investor of 3.6 kw with batteries, investor with batteries to supply energy, about the compensation, who will be able to compensate us for the toilet that you damaged by throwing the papers inside when you were advised about dont do it?, and others things with the beds because you and your friends are overweight, and about the pool table that was just a little observation, about the drainge it is a simple issue.
Finally you have the reason, the place is great.
