Southampton NY is such a desirable location for many travelers worldwide and my property which is located only 2 miles west of Southampton Village is the perfect location to avoid the heavy Hamptons traffic traveling east everyday. Beautiful French designed Mansard designed estate with total privacy on just shy of an acre with Heated Gunite pool and new 90 Jet Hot Tub, Outdoor Shower. We welcome friends & families who wish to enjoy this special resort like property and seek luxury accommodations.

Close to Southampton Village and famous Coopers Beach in Southampton. New Gunite pool, Hot Tub and Outdoor Shower! Also close proximity to Hampton Bays ideal for shopping and a few outstanding restaurants on the marina in Shinnecock Bay. Water Mill, Bridgehampton and Sag Harbor all are within easy access.
