This is the perfect holiday home for those seeking to relax in style in a waterfront destination surrounded by tranquil water views and the natural beauty of the Goolwa Channel and the Murray Mouth.

Perfect for those who enjoy boating, skiing, kayaking (double kayak is provided), swimming, or just sitting and enjoying the spectacular views of the Coorong. Put your ski boat in via your private boat ramp, then ski all day out the front of your own holiday house!

This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom executive holiday home is set up superbly with a big open plan living, dining and kitchen area with magnificent water views. Sit inside and watch the kids swimming or kayaking just a few metres away! Stroll out to the back outdoor entertaining area, and enjoy the sunshine and the views.

The second living area is an entertainment paradise! Kids, teenagers, and big kids will love this space! Billiard table, TV, DVD and stereo.

The spacious kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and all cooking facilities adjoins the dining area also with uninterrupted water views and access to the waterside alfresco area. There is a BBQ!

The main outdoor entertaining area is adjacent to the living/dining area with views to the river. This area is fully available for guest use

100% Pet Friendly! This means the backyard is fully fenced and your well-behaved pets are very welcome inside! The fence to the rear of the property is 670MM at its lowest point. This may mean that it may not be suitable for dogs that can jump.

Indoor Wood Heater - please bring your own firelighters, matches, kindling, and wood.


Extra Guest Charge:
Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply to $30 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.

Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $60 for 1 night.

You have booked the property for a certain number of people (as specified on your booking). If you would like to have extra guests stay at any time, please contact us in advance. We will advise if this is possible and, if so, the additional cost.

Our cleaners plan their daily schedule for the number of guests booked in at each property. If undeclared guests stay, the rate charged retrospectively will be double the standard rate.

All good at the property. Only drawback is that one of the toilets ( plumbing aspect ) will need to be fixed prior to letting it out again. it was constantly getting blocked. i did inform the property manager who was fantastic and promised to get it fixed.

Nice house and location but pricey

We came for Australia Day weekend and loved the view and overall enjoyed our time away and time in with family. The price point was very high but the standard in quality did not match this price point. It was a 3 star with a 5 star price tag. The boat ramp is not ideal to launch boats off of but there’s a proper boat ramp near by. I hope they either make a few changes to suit their price point or drop their price point to suit. This property also has a lot of cleaning duties they’d like you to preform so make sure you read their requests.

Nice place few issues, and jetty not at all explained

Nice house, certainly required a better clean, i was looking for an earing i dropped and under the bed was filthy All sorts of things under there lipstick , blush and a bucket load of dust Linen was my biggest issue, The linen provided in the room on right hand side had stained sheets, enough that we removed the bottom sheet and purchased one in town. (Yep in appropriate stains) The main room linen could have been ironed crunkled up linen Pillows in the lounge were torn The jetty - Is shallow at high tide and the tide goes out so far that our tinny needed to be put on the trailer at night Our second boat (bayliner) just couldn't tie up as the barnacles on the jetty are huge and also its to shallow Skiing out the front is a stretch, however we found nice spots down at the sand dunes This house just wasn't worth the money that we paid

What a GEM

I rented this place for some staff working at the Murray Mouth, the manager was really quick to answer my questions and even allowed us to book an extra night (the day of my original enquiry - STAYZ don't offer the date online) which was incredibly helpful. The property was so much better in person - I would definitely love to rent this place again in the future. Outstanding...

We spent the weekend at this fabulous house where we were able to bring our fur babies with us. We all enjoyed relaxing by fishing from the jetty, paddling in the kayak’s, taking in the beautiful sunsets over looking the water. We then finished off with home made pizza’s. The house comes with everything you need while away from home. Thank you so much for opening up your wonderful home for us to make some memorable memories! We will definitely be back.
