“Sandy Feet” has just had a full and fabulous renovation. It is utterly gorgeous from the hanging chair and pink double doors on the front porch to the stylish interior and delightful back garden. This is a gorgeous and very unique character-filled holiday home that will welcome and delight every guest. You will love the outdoor bath and shower!

The cottage is located within 200M of the beach, 5 mins to pubs, cafes and restaurants in Victor Harbor, 3 mins to the local shopping centre and much more! This is the ideal base to explore all that Victor has to offer.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, Smeg coffee machine, waffle maker and blender. There is a cute dining nook with a bench seat in the original part of the cottage that exudes history and ambience. The bathroom is brand new with a large walk-in shower.

For entertainment, there are two TVs, free WiFi for guests, Netflix (self-login), books and board games. There is a cute cubby house for kids in the backyard.

For guest comfort, the property has a reverse cycle air-cond system, plus ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

The bedding configuration (sleeps 6) is as follows:

Bedroom 1: King (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2: Double (sleeps 2)
Sleepout: Single Bunks (sleeps 2)

The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels and tea towels are all supplied.

Please note that the sleepout is not a full bedroom, but incorporates bunk beds in a room that doubles as the laundry.

The rear yard is fully enclosed to a height of 1.8M with colour bond fencing and a gate. Your well-behaved pets are welcome inside.

Extra Guest Charge:
Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $15 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.

Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $30 for 1 night.

Delightful Post-Christmas Break

Delightfully cosy, comfortable and thoughtfully equipped property, we found everything to be perfect despite sub-optimal weather. Enjoyed the festive decorations and our toy schnoodle Barney loved the fully secure back yard. Also much appreciated the agent's responsiveness to a last minute additional guest.

Brilliant

An absolutely stunning place. Beautifully presented and clean. Everything you could possibly want. Quiet location but a short walk to beach, shops etc.Check in and out could have not been any easier. We will definitely return.

Everything at your fingertips.

A cute, comfortable cottage, perfect for people and pups. Toiletries and kitchen needs are tastefully chosen and attractive. Anything you may want or need is there. The furniture is comfortable and the gardens, front and back are lovely inviting areas in which to spend time. The location is perfect for enjoying the activities and food scene of Victor Harbour.

Cozy, Clean & Quirky

My husband & I travelled with our 2 well behaved dogs for a quick getaway. Sandy Feet is such a sweet beach house and we found some of its quirky features so endearing and homely. The furnishing are great quality and the main king bed was super comfy. Attention to detail was shown with the AC on upon arrival, which we were so grateful for on a 39 degree day. The location of Sandy Feet is perfect! Only a short stroll to the beach, shops & town centre. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return when next in the area. A huge thank you to the owners for having their home open to pets also. It makes travelling more pleasurable for pet owners.
