There are also several big parks, tennis courts, pools, golf courses, and lakes within walking distance.

Please read the following and confirm if my house is suitable for you and your group's needs as guests.

Being loud is frowned upon by the neighbors. Vrbo is not that common in our community. If you stay at my house, you must agree to follow the same rules. I already received complaints from the neighbors after hosting guests who spoke loudly in the backyard and were loud later at night. It is a home in a residential neighborhood.
For this reason, I must confirm you be mindful about the neighbors and the noise levels at all times.

If you (and your group) agree to this condition, I am sure you will enjoy your experience and have a very comfortable and relaxing stay.


※HOUSE RULES※

-Please be quiet at night in the back yard especially after 10 pm.

-The whole house is completely non-smoking.

- Absolutely no parties or gatherings in the house.

-Turn off the air conditioner when leaving the apartment.

-The garage is not part of the rent.

-If anything is damaged during your stay, you will be responsible for bearing the repair and/or replacement costs.

- I take no responsibility in the event of death or injury during you and your guests' stay.
