We're proud to welcome you to our brand new completely remodeled condo in the Sea Winds building, located on the 7th floor, with absolutely beautiful unobstructed 180° beachfront, ocean views. It provides 2 full-private bathrooms, with the master bathroom having double vanity sinks. The remodel was completed at the end of October 2022. More than 100 positive 5-Star reviews from happy vacationers!
NOTE: The building will be installing new hurricane sliders beginning April 15th, 2024. They'll start at the top floor (17th floor) and work their way downward. It's estimated that they'll be able to complete 2 floors per week, barring any delays. We are on the 7th floor and not directly impacted until May 11th. However, residual work noise can/will be heard by guests while occupying a condo. The project is expected to be completed mid to late June. Please feel free to ask questions, prior to booking, regarding this building upgrade.
We are also repainting the inside of the condo May 25-June 1st 2024. If renting June 1-8, 2024 there may be a paint smell upon arrival.
- LOCATION: It's a short walk to the gulf coast water, at the south end of Marco Island. It’s only 1/2 a mile to the very popular Marco Walk Plaza, providing restaurants, shops & a movie theater! And, it's 1 mile (14 buildings) from the JW Marriott, as well.
-THE LIVING ROOM has a large comfy couch, which converts to a Queen pull out sleeper. A large 55” flat screen Smart TV for you to stream NETFLIX, AMAZON PRIME, and/or HULU, after signing into your personal account(s). We also invested in installing an electronic "black out shade". Enjoy the view & sun, only when you want it.
-THE KITCHEN has a FLOOR TO CEILING PANTRY, for your groceries, which is a RARE FIND, in the Sea Winds building. The kitchen is fully stocked with items including; Calphalon pots, pans, bakeware, a 12-Cup coffee maker, a Single Serve Keurig, a blender, knife block, a large electric griddle, and toaster. You'll find kitchen soap, Windex and a roll of paper towels under the sink to get you started.
-THE MASTER BEDROOM: has a comfy Queen bed, with an on-suite private bathroom and a walk-in shower. A ceiling fan and another large 55” flat screen Smart TV for you to stream your NETFLIX, AMAZON PRIME, and/or HULU, after signing into your personal account(s). We also invested in an electronic "black out shade"! Enjoy the view & sun, only when you want it. Draw the shade to stay cool, or to sleep in late! A blue tooth speaker, clock & device charging stations are provided, as well. The closet stores extra linens, an iron & a full sized ironing board.
-THE MASTER BATHROOM: provides DOUBLE VANITY SINKS! Our two condos are the only ones in the building providing this added value.
-THE GUEST BEDROOM: has 2 comfy Twin beds, with an on-suite private bathroom and a walk-in shower. A ceiling fan and a 32” flat screen Smart TV, for streaming NETFLIX, AMAZON PRIME, OR HULU, after signing into your personal account(s). This bedroom also has a "black out shade" on the window, which is really great for taking "naps" or for just sleeping in late. A blue tooth speaker, clock & device charging station is provided.
-BATHROOMS: each bathroom supplies towels, a hair dryer, Bath & Body Works soaps and a roll of toilet paper, to get you started on your vacation. Just bring your personal favorite toiletries and sunscreen. 🏖☀️
- LAUNDRY ROOM: A new full sized stackable washer & dryer are inside the unit. Complimentary laundry detergent & dryer sheets. I can't guarantee they'll always be there, because if/when people use the last of it, we may not catch it. We do our very best though.
- BEACH CLOSET/LOCKER; Complimentary beach items for your use include beach chairs & an umbrella for your days basking in the sun at the white sandy beach!

There is 992 Square feet of living space in this condo. NO MORE THAN 4 ADULTS, with a total of 5 persons. We want you to be comfortable, not cramped. Infants count as a "person" and are to be included in the reservation.

-PARKING: All Sea Winds condo guests have a $50 Parking pass requirement, which can be purchased at the front desk when you register for your stay. One (1) vehicle parking spot, per condo. Parking is a first come, first serve basis. No assigned parking.
WE INVEST IN AN ANNUAL “DEEP CLEANING” ON ALL OF OUR CONDOS DURING THE FALL TIME PERIOD.
-TURTLE SEASON is from May1st-October 31st. Renting during “Turtle Season” requires patio lights off & condo shades shut/drawn, closed by 9pm until 7am. Significant fines are given by the Fish & Wildlife Management, if the rules are not followed. This fee will be the responsibility of the renter to pay.
