Large open house minutes from the centre of East Hampton. Quiet and secluded with lots of garden space away from the road. It is also a quick drive from both the Ocean and Bay.

The main area of the house is a large, open, high-ceiling, central living room with dining table. The space leads out onto the sizeable deck and pool through glass doors. The Kitchen and one of the bedrooms with en suite bathroom is also located off this area.
Upstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom.
Master Bedroom is accessed via a private staircase with en suite bathroom and balcony overlooking the pool.
Pool house that is available from May to November. It has two single beds and bathroom with shower.
Fire pit with seating area and BBQ.
