Personal and attentive. I take pride in keeping the place nice. I appreciate nature and all the different beaches Puerto Rico has to offer. I like to provide a reasonable, comfortable place for family to be able to get together and make memories.

Why they chose this property

This is a private 4 bedroom house with its own drive way and attached garage. The house is located in gated community, safe and well kept. The subdivision has a shared pool, tennis court, play area and a basket ball court. The subdivision is located directly in front of the ocean. There is access to the ocean for a long walk or just sitting under the palm tree and enjoy the ocean breeze with a good book, or a good conversation with a friend. We offer all the comfort of a private home instead of a bed like a hotel room.
