Free Wifi, Cable Channels. Air Units And Ceiling Fans. Patio In Back Of The House And A Small Balcony In The Master Bedroom Which Has Its Own Private Full Bath.

Horrible landscape

The property was very clean inside but the landscaping was horrible. The house also needs maintenance due to the wear and tear, some appliances like the coffee pot is not working. The House Manager agreed for doing late check out around 12:00 PM and when I contacted her to inform that we are leaving around 11:30 AM, she demand that we have to leave at 11:00 AM since the cleaning girl needs to complete the cleaning by 6:00 PM. I also want to mention that the House Manager proposed a non-honest offer about to rent the property direct with her and I was going to save couple hundreds but I did not accept it. The house is a beautiful house and the neighborhood is gorgeous but I would not stay at the same house again since the person in charge from HOA told me about another house that its manager keeps neat and well maintained.

Harry is a pleasant person. I wish he would let me know about the grass and give me a chance to make the situation right. Being a home owner in a different state makes it hard to monitor the house. The landscape person had a broken hand and could not get the yard done in a timely manner. The late check-out time that I told Harry, I would not have a problem with, provided that there is no one coming the same day. I do not recall the noon promise. I asked Harry politely if he was okay with the 11am check out, since I have someone coming the same day, but he did not reply, I really wanted him to be happy. A little bit of communication would of taken care of these minor misunderstandings. Regardless, what is written here will always be a case of "he said, she said". Thanks Harry for the review, it enlightened me with new awareness.

Why they chose this property

This is a private 4 bedroom house with its own drive way and attached garage. The house is located in gated community, safe and well kept. The subdivision has a shared pool, tennis court, play area and a basket ball court. The subdivision is located directly in front of the ocean. There is access to the ocean for a long walk or just sitting under the palm tree and enjoy the ocean breeze with a good book, or a good conversation with a friend. We offer all the comfort of a private home instead of a bed like a hotel room.
