A quick update regarding Hurricane Milton: We hosted evacuees and their pets. including cats and dogs. We just want our future guests to be aware of possible exposure to cat and dog dander. If you have a pet allergy, you might have a reaction.

BEAUTIFUL 1925 VINTAGE HOME with a pool and spa in charming Gardner's Park, just a short 10 min. walk to the Downtown River District. We are next door to the theater.
This classic Mediterranean home is loaded with original features that include hardwood floors, french doors, built-ins, lovely moldings and millwork, fireplace, wonderful tall ceilings, and exposed brick walls.
The home has a formal dining room, den, upstairs sunroom, and 2 great porches to sit and relax. Lovely pool and spa and fenced in for privacy. Double lot, side yard for ample car/boat trailer parking.
It is a 4 minute walk to the library and an 8 minute walk to downtown. This is not a quiet country location, this is a bustling downtown, where the shops, restaurants and bars are located.
You can walk to Bullig or Ride Nature for your morning coffee fix. Also, The Wisteria Tea Room is across the street.
You can stroll the river district of Fort Myers and walk to the river.
In season there is the free trolley. The trolley stop is across the street from us.

The Parsonage is also a lovely place for the Groom’s or Bride’s party to stay before or after the wedding.

The Parsonage is located near several wedding venues: The Burroughs House, The Heitman House, The Brewery, and the The White Orchid. Also, close by is the Edison Country Club. The Burroughs and The Heitman is a 2 minute walk from The Parsonage.

Our back garden is fenced and gated. There you will find your own private pool and spa.

In season, there is the free trolley and Uber/Lyft is always available.
The airport is a 20 minute drive -depending on season.

The federal and county courthouse is a 10 minute walk.
The baseball fields for Senior league, high school, and college ball is less then 10 minutes away.
The beaches are a 45 minutes plus drive and the spring training Red Sox are 40 plus minutes away.
For your safety and security, we have an outdoor security cameras located in the back pool area, the parking area, and front door area.
We are also offering longer term rentals-28 days.
A copy of the booking guest ID is required upon booking-due to Homeowners insurance.

This is the second time I have stayed here on a golf trip. Host is great, the house is wonderful and very convenient to downtown. Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed everything about this property. The location, the amenities, the space, and especially the host. We were in town from New York for a baseball tournament, and 8 of us stayed in this home. There was plenty of room for everyone. And it was such a relief having everything we needed there. Towels, linens, paper products, coffee, water.. everything we needed. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool, too! And Michelle, the host, was so communicative, accommodating and friendly. Lastly, the location to downtown was perfect. Would come back again and again!

Great Comfortable Home

The house was great and close to downtown, we walked to local restaurants a couple times. The pool and spa was very nice and clean, John showed us how to operate it when we checked in and made sure we had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax by the pool, in the living & dining room, and on the front porch. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful for large groups!

My family and I stayed at Michelle’s place during the weekend of my wedding (which was in downtown Fort Myers). It was the perfect place for us to all stay and base ourselves out of. It was close to all of our venues. The bedrooms are spacious as are the rest of the rooms. The kitchen had everything we needed to host a breakfast for additional family and friends. We also loved the backyard area and pool! Would definitely recommend to others.

Beautiful property inside and out.. Perfect location

We certainly recommend the property and give it to honors with 5 stars. Just 14 days after hurricane Ian devastation the home was clean and ready to host our large group. Our host was very pleasant and helpful. The home is located within an easy walking distance of just a few blocks to the downtown Fort Myers area that is filled with great shops, entertainment, great restaurants roof top dining and all of it located next to the marina area. We Highly recommend downtown Fort Myers and the Parsonage.

Wonderful

We were a group of 3 mom and 4 teens and the house was perfect for us. We could easily walk downtown. And the Publix was about a mile away. The house has everything you need: Good beds, fully stocked kitchen, many bath and pool towels, several cleaning supplies, and many other small details. We mostly hung out in the pool and hot tub, but also sat on the front porch and played cards, watched tv on the comfy couch and cooked and ate meals at the big dining room table. Michelle was very easy to communicate with. Perfect house for our group.

Great stay...great location...great owners!

This house was perfect for our group of 5 golfers. From the ability to walk to downtown at night to go out, to the ample and considerate supplies left at our house by the owners, it was perfect. Loved the hot tub and sitting on the front porch in the morning having a little breakfast. This house had everything we needed and we will most like rent again in coming years should we return to the area. Thanks MIchelle!!!

Our Stay at the Parsonage

The Parsonage has such a historic charm. Michelle was a great communicator and the house was very clean. We had all the amenities we needed which made our stay very comfortable and pleasant. Would recommend this property to anyone!

Family Memories

From the very start Michelle had constant communication, suggestions for the area, and a kindness about her. We planned a family Christmas for 12 people ranging in age from 13-76. The house fit all of our needs. The main floor bedroom allowed for my in-laws to not have to manage stairs and the upstairs bedrooms allowed for everyone else to sleep. The pool was great just wished there was sun on the pool itself. The living area was comfortable and allowed for all of us to gather together. We utilized all the rooms and porches. We had a slight issue and Michelle immediately resolved the issue without hesitation. The walk to dinner in the downtown area was less than 10 minutes. I would definitely rent from Michelle again.

Awesome Stay

We came in for baseball and the house is in the perfect spot within a couple miles of all the main fields. Reason we book this house is due to the proximity also to the downtown area being only about a 3 block walk to all the happenings in town.

What a wonderful visit

We are so glad we stayed here, Michelle was so terrific and very great to communicate with. The home was charming, the energy there felt great, and had so many extras that was greatly appreciated. What an Excellent location, close to town all the restaurants and hot spots, with a quick easy walk to all. My entire family loved this whole getaway here, thanks so much. I highly recommend this beautiful home & area. The Veranda restaurant was excellent (outdoors seating by the pond) for thanksgiving was such a plus as Weill.

Our home is large with great vibes. It is an old home-nearly 100 years old. It is downtown, but, there is privacy in the fenced area and you can walk to the theater next door, The Heitman House, and to the river district.
