Queen Anne Castle, 1 Bedroom with Sweeping City and Sound Views, 8days max.
Welcome to Queen Anne Castle.
The Castle Unit is brand new! It’s a small one bedroom, and comes with a kitchenette, one queen bed, a bathroom, hard wood floors, and a tremendous view of downtown Seattle and Puget Sound.
In addition a sleeper sofa located in the small separate room (no door) adjacent to the kitchen.
A classic Scandinavian design, convertible sofa is easily transformed from a sofa to a full size bed 47" x 79".
To access the unit, climb the spiral stairs in the watch tower and input provided code.
The 100 years old historic structure with original wood floors and restored systems. The ceilings are insulated to minimize any noise to our guests, but occasional noise travel through. We are located in the urban touristy area near Seattle Center

Our home has a central heating system with two radiators in your unit. Also in addition you will find electrical heaters in the leaving room. You will find an electrical control panel on the wall in the leaving room.
KITCHEN
For your convenience we provided 4 cups coffee maker, electrical tea kettle, tea, coffee and water in refrigerator.
TOWELS, IRON, FAN
Extra towels, iron, ironing board and fan (provided only in summer) located in the bedroom’s wardrobe
GARBAGE DISPOSAL & RECYCLING
Please dispose your garbage and recycle in designated location. See photo under check out section.
WINDOW LOCKS
Seattle rarely gets very hot and most households don’t have air-conditioning unit. We recommend using fan or open windows.

Surveillance or recording devices on property – Nest camera in place at entrance doors. No recording device inside the home.
SMOKE & CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTORS
Nest Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors located at the entrance of the unit. The device is battery operated and has blue glow at night.
LOCATION OF FIRE EXTINGUISHER
The fire extinguisher is located in the kitchen inside cabinet below the sink.
RULES
-Self check-in with keypad
- No extra guests. Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a penalty at $100 per person per night. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy (2 guests)
-There is a $100 charge for any guest not listed on the original reservation.
- The cleaning fee covers washing the bedding and towels, bathrooms and floors. It does not include cleaning the kitchen or disposing of leftovers. Additional $60 will be charged for excessive cleaning after guests.
- Guests should wash their own dishes and leave the kitchen tidy.
- To help preserve the original floors, please no shoes indoors
- For the safety of the gusts and owners, guests must lock the doors at night and when they leave the property. Please keep the front door closed at all times
- Guests should be aware of the city's restrictions: no loud music outdoors after 10pm during the week, and after 11pm on Saturday.
- Female guests should not put feminine products in the toilet. Please use provided trash can.
- Guest should not remove makeup with bath towels, please use provided makeup wipes.
- Guests should not put food in the sink, please use provided trash can. Sink doesn’t have a garbage disposal.
- If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees.
- NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND including vaping inside or OUTSIDE on Property. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee.
-If you are using our network, you are agreeing to use it only for legal purposes and you are promise not to use it for illegal uploading, downloading, or other illegal activities.
-guest who stay after check-out time 11am will be charge $30 per hr. unless guest and host agreed for guest to stay longer.
-My husband and I live on the property with our 9 years old dog Vizsla named Charlie. He very friendly with people but not friendly with other dogs
-Street parking is zoned with restrictions Mon-Sat. Sun. does not have any restrictions. Map with free parking will be provided. Sometimes we can provide parking please ask for details.

I grew up in Europe and moved to Seattle in 1989. I have been a resident of Queen Anne for over 25 years. I couldn't be more pleased with this fantastic neighbourhood and city. I am a retired architect and mother of two amazing grown children. During my professional practice I travel around the world, designed projects, met new people, and experienced different cultures. I hope this description tells you a bit about who I am and what I enjoy most about Seattle!
What makes this property unique
Queen Anne Hill is an affluent neighbourhood situated 1.5 miles away from downtown Seattle (15-minute walk/2-minute monorail). Our home is also a 5-minute walk from the Space Needle. Nearby are the Key Arena, the Seattle Science Centre, and the Museum of Pop Culture. Walking up the hill, you’ll find Kerry Park. The park has an overlook with picturesque view of the city and is an excellent place to take pictures. A little further up the hill is Queen Anne Ave, which hosts a number of shops and restaurants. Every Thursday the Ave hosts a farmer’s market as well. To get to downtown you can either walk, Uber, or take the monorail [located in Central House (Seattle Centre)]. If you take the monorail you’ll arrive at Westlake station which is at the heart of the shopping district, and only a 5-minute walk to Pike Place Market.
