Relax and enjoy in the safest Villa Casa de Playa de Combate. Our controlled access requires a gate opener to enter & to exit the Villas! I love only two bar/restaurants in the world, one is The Sand Bar in Anna Maria Island Florida, however nothing as stunning like
Annie's (previously named Susie's) that undoubtedly is probably the best bar/restaurant on the west coast of Puerto Rico. It is at the end of highway 3301 on Combate beach, actually built over the water (see my pictures).
The food offerings are diverse and inventive of excellent proportions and very delicious. Prices are also very reasonable. Seafood is the specialty and many of the offerings are fresh.
The restaurant is open to the sea with overhead fans. Facing west it is popular for sunset viewing. It is very popular with the locals, and I always take my visitors here. It also has a large bar with excellent bartenders who mix fantastic tropical drinks as well as popular standard drinks.
Eating at Annie's is an especial treat after visiting the popular faro (lighthouse) on Cabo Rojo. Highly recommended as a very fun place as well as directly on a long public swimming beach.
Casa de Playa Combate has a huge adult swimming and a kids pool as well for your enjoyment! You may play both tennis & basketball in our two courts!
Our property managers are your main contacts during your stay! They do your check in and out! They are flexible and when possible, may be able to allow you to drop your luggage in if needed!

The Great Experience
This was by far one of the best places/Villa
that my family and I have experienced. Everything was great!!! Pool!!! Villa!!!! Surroundings!!!!Beaches!!!! Food!!!can't wait to go back next year. Really looking forward to it.

Best of both worlds!
Great property! Very clean and fully equipped. If you’re looking for true relaxation, this is the place. Located outside Combate’s hustle and bustle zone, but still easily accessible to/from the beach. Even if you’re taking some time off, but still need to keep in touch/manage some work stuff, hi-speed internet will keep you flawlessly connected. Very nice, quiet neighborhood.
