Bright and Spacious Home - Perfect for Families

A bright and spacious 3 bedroom house. Situated in a quiet, suburban housing community. Perfect for families and group traveller, can sleep 5 people. 15 mins drive from the centre of the city, 25 mins from the airport. Local amenities include Ruamchok Mall, Mee Chock Plaza, an open market, Tesco Lotus, and Central Festival.

The house comes complete with 3 separate bedrooms, each of which have there own dedicated air conditioning. 2 bathrooms inside the house and a Thai style half bathroom out back. The main lounge area is open plan and includes a dining area and a small children's play room. This area is also fitted with air conditioning. The kitchen comes complete with all cooking utensils and appliances, including: fridge, microwave, water heater, coffee maker and a small toaster oven. The gas cooking stove is located in the outdoor utility area that comes complete with washing rack and laundry machine.
There are two TVs with dvd players. There are boxes of movies in the cabinet below the large tv. Sorry, the cable has not been hooked up.

Please also note that the house is fitted with insect nets and we recommend keeping these closed during the morning and at dusk to prevent insects from entering the house, especially mosquitoes. Another point to note is that in Thailand, in most houses, you will come across small lizards, that are commonly referred to as Gekkos. These insects are completely harmless. They are attracted to lights at night as this is how they catch their pray, feeding on other insects that are also attracted to the lights in the evening. Therefore, if you don't like lizards, we recommend switching off outdoor lights, when not in use.

Guests have full access to the house. Their are personal items are in the house. Please feel free to allow your children to play with any toys in the play room. There are children and adult books available to read while you are staying.
There is a housekeeper who will come a few times a week, to wash sheets and towels. She will do basic cleaning. Since this is a stand a lone house.
