George & Ginn purchase the property with their son Derek in 2015 to be closer to their granddaughters who also live in Old Mt Pleasant. Both newly retired teachers originally from Atlanta. The property is owned under our Coastal Retreats portfolio. Our family provides high quality, clean, stylish and comfortable accommodations!
Why they chose this property
In our visits over to see our grandchildren we fell in love with the Old Mt Pleasant neighborhood and surrounding area. After visiting so much we decided to purchase the property as a second home and rental to be able to spend more time with family.
