Wonderful property! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Instructions were clear. The place was impeccable and neat and tidy. The rooms spacious, stylish and equipped with a tv in every room. The bathrooms were clean and roomy. The pool was clean and a good space for chilling and relaxing. We were in view of the sea and could see waves splashing on the rocks. Overall 10/10. Look forward to staying again.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, wurden sehr freundlich behandelt und hatten eine atemberaubende Aussicht. Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt wäre dass die Badezimmer und die Küche sehr verlebt bzw alt waren.

Paradise

The property was clan and just what w e expected the view of the sea was spectacular. We used the pool everyday mit was well maintained. Virginia was a great host. I have two little negatives the patios of the properties are very close and the neighbors on one side saw nothing in playing very loud music on their patio which really spoilt the ambiance when they did. The bathrooms could do with upgrading fittings are very old I did mention this to Virginia. Also there were no instructions on how to operate the TVs as seniors these techie things are a challenge. We did have a wonderful mini break. Thank you Virginia

Tobago plantation getaway

We were quite happy to have booked and stayed at villa 63A. The entire experience was made simple even with just verbal communication. We chose the location for an anniversary getaway and we were very happy with the choice. We would stay here again, the serenity and view of the ocean were divine..

Bitter Sweet

The location is great, the unit sits on the coast and has an excellent view of the ocean. The place was also impeccably clean and well equipped. (E.g. fire sticks with Netflix on all Tv's.). Unfortunately however, there were two issues that arose and put a damper on the vacation. Issue 1 On booking the place we were contacted by the owner and advised some external cameras would be installed to provide additional security for the unit. We were advised none of the cameras would be pointing at any areas that would affect our privacy and only face the external surroundings of the unit. We agreed with the owner for the cameras to be turned on based on their placement of monitoring the surroundings of the unit. However, when we checked in we noticed one camera pointing directly at the front porch area where we spent the majority of our time and one over looking the pool area. These cameras felt quite invasive and uncomfortable while their placement contradicted what was told to us by the owner. Issue 2 On our second to last day of vacation we were contacted by the owner and advised we owed an additional $250us as she noticed we had three small kids with us and she does not allow children at the place. On booking the unit, nowhere on the house description/details did it stipulate no children allowed (Note: this has since been updated). If we knew that children were not allowed we would never have booked this unit.The kids with us were five, three and three. All my years of renting vacation homes I have never been asked to pay more for kids 5 years and under, especially as we had no forewarning or notice of this. We found this situation quite upsetting. The unit itself and the location is great but these issues definitely affected us fully enjoying our vacation.

Good morning Mr Farah, In reviewing your comments I find your response very unsettling. You were informed about the installation of the cameras and it’s location ie both entrances and between the outer deck and the sea coast , with the option to decline its activation . When you booked you registered four adults only. We texted each other on the platform no less than three occasions prior to check in and you never disclosed that you were being accompanied with three children, resulting in seven persons checking in. Children are considered persons. My communique with you was firstly my site on Vrbo stated no children to which you responded that you did not see that and if it was stated it should be on the opening page so it can be very obvious. I later confirmed with Vrbo that no children policy was stated and conveyed to them your concern, which they tried to correct with the location of the information . Vrbo also added that children must be included as occupants within the stipulated four. I also mentioned to you my exposure with children and the risks taken with the pool and most importantly the ocean which is in walking distance from the villa. You responded that all your children are excellent swimmers. I am sorry for your inconvenience and simple disregard for the non disclosure. I am happy that you were pleased with the villa and apologize for your apparent discomfort.
