You will find our apartment warm and friendly. We have equipped the apartment with everything that you could possibly want. It is on the fourteenth floor. Brand new fully equipped kitchen with a huge fridge and all appliances. 2 bathrooms, fully equipped laundry. Huge smart TV with Netflix. Classy leather lounge suite and dining table that comfortably seats six. Building has heated pool and gym for your use. We have a portacot and a high chair if you have a little one. The beds are very comfy, we provide all linen and bedding as well as towels and toiletry. You will find welcoming tea, coffee and a bottle of wine upon your arrival. The building is safe and secure. We have a concierge on duty who will be able to assist you. We will try to be there to greet you and show you the apartment. If not we have a secure method of access that we will tell you about after you have booked. There is a secure and free undercover car park for your use. We have free WiFi . We are available by phone/email to answer your questions and enjoy sharing our beautiful city with guests. We do not charge a cleaning fee in the belief that our guests will keep our apartment in a tidy state. If the apartment is left in an unacceptable state, we will levy a cleaning fee of $100 against your bond. We hope you will understand this policy. Your apartment will be clean with fresh linen and towels when you enter, but we do not provide ongoing cleaning or laundry during your stay. If you want a serviced apartment then you can book at the Quest next door, but that will set you back $780 per night for a much smaller 3 bedroom apartment.

Fred’s apartment was perfect. Great area to stay in with amazing views. The apartment was spacious, very clean, it had everything you could need for your stay. Great communication from Fred and check in was very easy. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for somewhere in Melbourne.

What an amazing apartment! Very well appointed with everything we needed for our stay and then some! Beds were very comfortable and we felt right at home here. The location and views are great too. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Melbourne.

This apartment is in a great location, well appointed and very spacious. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy after completing the ski part of our trip. Public transport is nearby and many restaurants along Southbank. Easy to get to and from the Zoo by tram as a family also
The location was amazing - short walk to Southbank and city- Fred was lovely from the minute we booked to check in- even offering us an extended check out as our flight wasn’t until the afternoon. The property itself was clean, well stocked- and the views from the balcony were amazing- especially at night- highly recommend for anyone wanting an easy stay with access to all tha Melbourne has to offer!!
Beautiful apartment with all the amenities you need.Plenty of space and great views of downtown. Also an easy walk to South Bank or center city Melbourne and all the gardens. Our host, Fred, was very responsive and gave us great advice and tips on how to navigate Melbourne.. We also enjoyed the indoor pool area to cool off after a hot summer day.. We’ll definitely stay there when we return to Melbourne

Our stay in this comfortable Southbank property was perfect. Right from the start when our host, Fred deMonk met us at the apartment to show us around and answer any questions, we knew we would enjoy our stay. The apartment is spacious and very well equipped including a large new fridge. The living area and the balcony provide expansive views. Where this flat really shines is it’s location. It is so convenient to the many restaurants along the south bank of the Yarra river. (We highly recommend the “Waterfront”). It is also an easy walk to a Woolworth’s supermarket. Fred is a congenial and easy to reach host. We will definitely book this apartment again next time we are in Melbourne.
Fred's apartment was the perfect spot for our family of 6. Being such a central location we just parked up, unpacked and walked everywhere. Trams 5min away, Trains 5min away and the city right there. The kids loved walking across the river into the city. We have a an IGA right below us and a Woolworths just a block away. Two coffee shops right below us on the street front. We loved the night view of Melbourne from the balcony. Such an amazing spot. Fred was a fantastic host with regular check in leading up to our stay. Apartment was super clean and well stocked and we would of love to stayed for another 5 nights. Highly recommended. Fantastic host and fantastic apartment.
Excellent location, walking distance to trams, Southbank and the CBD. Apartment was well presented and clean, the A/C was perfect for those couple of hot days at Christmas. The Apartment is suitable for all family types, for us perfect for my elderly parents using walkers, large enough for everyone to enjoy their stay and having the balcony perfect to see the lights at night or the Hot Air ballons at sunrise. (the sun comes thru the blinds very early and bright). All bed linen & towels were supplied, walking distance to Woolworths or IGA to get supplies. This was booked several months prior and, shortly before the travel dates, Covid struck in Melbourne (again). This triggered contact with Fred who was very appreciative of our situation and helpful in terms of discussing options should we be unable to travel. It was nice to be speaking to someone who understood the vagaries of Covid life and was evidently prepared to work with us if things didn’t go ahead at this time.
However, the planets aligned and we made the trip. We had a late request for a high chair which was accommodated without issue. Fred was unable to meet us at our arrival time and instead arranged for a 3rd party to open up, show us what was what and help get settled. It was very easy with absolutely zero stress. Everything was exactly as described.
The apartment itself is clean and tidy with everything you need for day-to-day living. It’s conveniently situated in Southbank just a few minutes walk from the Yarra and the CBD. A few minutes walk away there is also a Woolworths which has long trading hours. Being close to the CBD opens up all sorts of food delivery options too.
The apartment itself was comfortable. The beds were lovely and all necessary linen was supplied, including towels for the pool. While I didn’t make it to the pool, the kids did and said it was lovely.
The views were great looking to the south and west. Entry was easy with 2 keys for the apartment and a remote for the garage entry available. One thing we didn’t use this time which were available were My Ki cards for public transport.
During the stay we had a few issues arise personally and Fred was great in providing assistance. He helped us with delivery of an urgent parcel to the apartment and when our stay was cut short by a couple of days (thanks Covid) we were able to easily arrange an early departure.
In summary the apartment was just easy living. We were not stressed about anything. It’s easy to keep clean and tidy and life is comfortable with air con/heating, dishwasher, wifi, smart TV, Netflix etc. It just made life easy and we were able to get in and enjoy our holiday without having to worry about our accommodation at all. It came with no additional stress or worries and Fred was at pains to ensure everything ran smoothly, including contacting us after a day or two to make sure everything was okay. We have already had a conversation about our next visit which is perhaps the greatest compliment - we will definitely be back.
