OUR LAST NICKEL CABIN on Southfork of NEW River with Amazing firepit an Roomy
Our Last Nickel cabin is ready to welcome you and your family and friends
We are located in the Historic Todd and located just 15 minutes from Boone via 421 and 15 minutes to West Jefferson home of the famous ASHE COUNTY CHEESE .
We are on the direct riverfront with an AMAZING firepit to cook those smores or hot dogs, and where you you can trout fish/ kayak/ and or tube. Bring your own fishing gear.
Very spacious and roomy with cozy fireplace.
Lots of DVDS and games
We are located 20 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway and beautiful sites to be seen .
There are many things to do at the cabin or wonder out and much more to see and do.
Corn hole game
Cards to enjoy your favorite games
Tweetsie Railroad and Mystery Hill about 20 minutes with magical Christmas
Snow tubing and skiing at area resorts

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
ALL DISHES are to be washed and put away
Remove sheets from all used beds and place in pillowcase and put n master shower
Towels to be washed and put dryer /Start dryer /DO NOT have to take out
Return garage remote back to basket by stairs
Two bags of trash are allowed / Dumpster tag in basket by stairs and dump on Hwy 221 toward West Jefferson/ Hwy 421 toward Boone
Kayaks/tubes/bikes there for your use but do so at YOUR OWN RISK.
Please do not DUMP charcoal by back porch or steps
If you change TV settings please return to original setting
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Our cabin appears to be small from outside but it is a very spacious 2100+ Sq ft and lots of room inside and a large yard .
