Picnic Point Villas is perfectly located just a short stroll to Toowoomba's iconic Picnic Point, High Street Plaza, cafes and public transport. Surrounded by exotic landscapes and magnificent views, this self-contained villa features two sizeable bedrooms with built in mirrored robes, plus sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with appliances, plus tea & coffee. There is also a private bathroom, separate laundry, reverse cycle air-conditioner for year round comfort, and free private parking. There are three villas on site, and all villas are similar in size, features and fit out. Upon booking, you will be allocated to the villa which is available for your dates.

Very clean and affordable.

We really enjoyed staying at this property, so close to everything especially the point lookout and the hiking trails up to Table top mountain. They have everything in the house. The road was a bit busy but it gets quiet later on in the night. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Good basic accommodation

No frills dated accommodation. It was extremely hot and humid for 2 of our 3 days so the 1 basic air-conditioning unit had to cool lounge, kitchen and bedroom. No wifi, foxtel, dvd player or tv instructions. Had to rewash some of the cooking items prior to use however kitchen equipped with all basics. Carpark is under cover which was a plus as had storms two afternoons in a row. Very close to a great little shopping centre.

The best rental experience ever!

There is just no way this property could be improved. It was excellent in every way and entirely suitable for our purpose in meeting hospital appointments at two hospitals in Toowoomba over two days. Would love to stay there again and highly recommend it to all! God bless!

Walking distance to Picnic Point

Great location within walking distance to Picnic Point with great views. Small unit, but enough for two people. No dining table and chairs which made it awkward to do work.

Functional unit

The unit was relatively basic and functional. The kitchen could do with more (and better quality) appliances, e.g. a coffee maker. The unit was clean, conveniently located and had off street parking. The beds were extremely comfortable and I liked the fact that I could open all windows, which were all fitted with fly screens. It was also lovely to have outside sitting areas, one at the front, the other on the lawn out the back under a lovely shelter, so that you could always find a shady spot.

Ideal for short term stay for small family

We rented this place while visiting friends in town, so we didn’t plan to be indoors much. That worked well due to the location, size and price. Self-checkin/out also worked well. Only problem was the cleanliness. It appeared the bathroom, specifically the toilet had not been cleaned in a while, definitely not after the previous tenant, the sink was dirty and as shops were closed for Christmas Day, I couldn’t buy toilet cleaner. Other than that, all good.

Clean, comfortable, perfect location at a great price

My mother and I thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay here during the Flower Festival. It's just down the road from beautiful Picnic Point and very convenient to anywhere we decided to go during the Festival. The Villa was very clean, comfortable and felt freshly renovated with new kitchen, laundry, carpet, lounge, appliances etc. The lounge area is small, there's no kitchen table but has a bench with stools in the kitchen - the perfect size for mum and I. Jasmine was very quick to respond to my request to stay and any questions I had, making my experience with this property very easy and one that I would recommend.
