This beautiful double storey home offers everything and more to guarantee a memorable holiday with your family and/or friends. Relax by the private pool after a hot day at the beach. Read a book whilst looking over the tree tops from the day bed. Great separate living areas for adults and children. Eat breakfast at the bar on the top deck and enjoy the morning sun and ocean views. This home is beautifully landscaped throughout.

Loads of board games for the kids/family to play, boogie boards to take down to well known Smiths Beach or YCW. Walk down the street to the local general store and order a delicious coffee, breakfast, lunch or basic goods. Island Surfboards next door can teach you and your kids to surf or you can hire equipment. The GP track is a 10 minute walk away and Main town Cowes only a 4 minute drive offering Restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, retail shopping and more.

Upstairs this home has a spacious open plan living, kitchen and dining area. Kitchen fitted with quality appliances, gas cook top and Nespresso machine. Lounge room with large couch, plasma TV, wood fire and large windows looking out across the tree tops, rural aspect and ocean views. Upstairs deck with breakfast bar and BBQ. Main bedroom with TV, ensuite and separate toilet.

Downstairs has another spacious living area with plasma TV, kitchenette and blue tooth speakers in the ceiling. Three more bedrooms, one bathroom (with bath), separate toilet and laundry. Living area opens out to the swimming pool which has plenty of space to lay on your banana lounge or have a drink on the deck area. Large entertaining area on outside of pool shaded by the gorgeous peppercorn tree.

Fantastic beach getaway

Had a fantastic few days away in this beautiful modern and fresh home. Felt like a 5 star luxury suite and the heated pool was an added bonus after a morning at the beach. Plan to book it again.

A truly memorable experience - I could not have asked for anything more. The place was beautiful, it had everything we need, Kirsty, our host was lovely and thoughtful. The kids loved the pool and all of the board games. My 5 year old loved the toy box. Place was spacious ... will definitely be booking this again

Amazing facilities, location and view!

We spent 10 days in summer and enjoyed every moment in the house. Great facilities, beautiful views from upper floor (the photos don’t do it justice). 5 mins from Smiths beach and only 10 min drive from Cowes. Would stay there again for sure!
