Impressive internal décor with eclectic coastal style and a touch of Hampton’s, the home has been beautifully designed and fitted with quality furnishings and fittings throughout to make your stay both stylish and comfortable. The house is yours exclusively to ensure privacy and seclusion.

Spend your days lazing away on a deck chair, enjoying breathtaking sunsets with a cocktail, or simply admiring the vista. There is also plenty to keep the kids entertained, including a basketball ring (please bring your own ball), swings and hammocks underneath the beach deck for hours of enjoyment, and a games room with pool table.

With ample off road car parking, a back gate that gives you access to the beach track and to one of the safest surf beaches in Australia, only 2.5km to the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit, and a short drive to all of the Phillip Island tourist attractions, wineries, cafes and shops.

Gorgeous property. Very well stocked well equipped kitchen. Beautiful bathrooms also very well stocked. Host was responsive and easy to reach! Perfect for a family stay with all ages! Dining table is perfect for large and small gatherings! Everything vas very comfortable and well loved! The views are captivating and relaxing and surfing seems to be a daily for the locals! They are so fun to watch! There is a Sonos sound available that is very easy to hook up to your Spotify. They really have thought of everything! It’s proximity to the circuit was perfect and walkable as well as driveable!

Wonderful beachfront property

This was our third year staying at Waikiki Beachfront with our two adult children and our grandchildren. The house accommodates the twelve of us exceptionally well with plenty of room to enjoy our time there. The location is superb with amazing views, close to the local cafe and a short drive to Cowes.

Heaven at Smiths Beach

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The house is magnificent with a beautiful outlook to the beach. It is very comfortable with everything you would ever need provided for you. Amazing Family retreat

Jenny is the most wonderful host with a beautiful home. Located with beautiful views and walks this house suited our family retreat for 30+ year olds and our littlest members of the family 3 down to 2 weeks old. We could not have been happier and everything was at our fingertips. The kids loved the swings. Thank you Jenny. Couldn’t recommend this place enough
