This property boasts stunning uninterrupted ocean views over Bass Strait from Pyramid rock to the West, Cape Woolamai to the East and everything in between.

Take in the views from every room in the house or from the front and rear decks.

Watch seals and dolphins all year round straight out the front.

Watch passing ships, or in spring or Autumn watch for whales on their annual migration.

Walk out of the front door for romantic strolls along the ocean front, pristine beaches and boardwalks.

The place was very comfortable and warm, even in winter, thanks to a very efficient woodburner and double glazing. The whole of the upstairs is open plan with massive windows so the views really are 180 degrees. We had a very enjoyable, relaxing family weekend.

Wonderful position and stay

The view from this property was spectacular. Even while the weather was bad, there was still something to do - watch the surf. It was always changing and exciting. The accommodation was what we expected and it did not disappoint. The house was so warm and cosy.

Lovely getaway

Very well appointed and comfortable house with breathtaking views of the ocean. We loved the quiet location and family suitability. We were lucky with gorgeous outdoor weather for a few days away with another family. A secure backyard for the kids was a welcome relief as well! Mesmerising views and a beautiful open and clean house that provided everything!

This stay was simply they best the hosts had thought of everything from bean bags to watch the view to board games to a large amount of kitchen supplies. They were super quick to reply, allowed early check in and late check out and no others were staying either side of us and honestly it was just a breeze to stay there just like being in your own home! Highly reccomend!

A Getaway Destination

We were very happy with the property - from check in which was smooth, quick and easy, with managers that were responsive, positive and friendly. Our expectations were exceeded - such a lovely outlook. The view

The view is the best...to the east Cape Woolami and Surfies Point , to the west Pyramid Rock and the barrels of Express point, sensational views in any conditions. Great house as described right on the water. Nick and Louise were terrific communicators from the first enquiry which is very appreciated in these difficult covid times.
