Serenity now! Having troubles planning a family vacation that everyone is happy with? Previously known to many as "St. Somewhere," this large four bedroom four and a half bath home is bound to please everyone on your vacation list! This property boasts an amazing screened porch that you will have to see to believe! The main floor includes the master bedroom and bathroom as well as a second bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs are the other two bedrooms and bathrooms. One of the second floor bedrooms also features a deck, which is perfect for sitting and enjoying the breeze. Outside on the back porch you will find a large grill. This property is hardwood throughout the bottom floor, tiled bathrooms, and carpeted in all the bedrooms. Beds consist of 2 kings, 1 queen, 2 twins, and one daybed. Summer Salt is biking or walking distance to The Pier Village for all your shopping and restaurant needs! You can take the kids to Neptune Park for a dip in the pool or a round of mini golf. Don’t forget to stop by the lighthouse. Climb to the top and check out those awesome views! There are also new pickleball courts not far from this beautiful home! The nearest beach access is about 0.3 miles away. No pets allowed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for Thanksgiving dinner. And there were even two bins in the cabinets with kids dishes! The screen porch was awesome and a great place for gathering. The living room was excellent and very comfy. Bedrooms were comfy. Linens and towels were plenty. And the location was fantastic. Best of all was the management company, Golden Isles. We had a couple hiccups when we arrived and they immediately addressed them. THANK YOU

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Can not say enough positive things about Golden Isle Reality. They really do go over and beyond to assist you. They are always friendly and available.Summer Salt is in desperate need of a deep , deep clean. We completely understand rentals take abuse but this goes beyond that. The house has a musky odor that may be remedied by removing a few items they have stored in the wash area. The walls certainly are in need of painting as well as the carpet needs a thorough cleaning. The furnishings are updated but the other factors tend to over shadow that. The lawn is nicely maintained and very neat in appearance. No complaints at all in regards to the outdoor living areas.

The owners are actually in the process of having the carpets replaced and are looking into repainting as well. Would be better to have a table with leaves and 9 chairs but I understand the aesthetics of the table that's there. Because this was our 3rd year in this house, I brought a folding table that we added to the end and some folding chairs. It is a clean, comfortable house with a great porch which our family thoroughly enjoyed. The location is great for beach and town. Plenty of room to spread out. I highly recommend it.

The large screened in family room at the back of the house offers plenty of room for everyone to sit. There was a plumbing issue problem involving 2 of the 5 bathrooms. The plumber was there in under an hour,checked all 5 toilets, made necessary repairs and was on his way. Who ever gets that kind of service even in their own homes. Well done Golden Isles.

The four large bedrooms, each with private bath make it a perfect getaway for a large family or group. The huge screened-in porch will be very appreciated in the warmer months as will the outdoor shower right outside the laundry room door. The home is clean, well maintained and equipped with modern appliances. It's always a pleasure dealing with Tabitha at Golden Isleas Realty.

It's in a wonderful location - close to the shops, pier and a quick walk to the beach. The neighborhood park was perfect for our kids to run around in. The house itself was very comfortable. Each room was decorated so nicely and the kitchen was stocked with everything. Our favorite spot was the porch out back! We hope to be back in SSI soon and plan on booking this house again!

Everyone was thrilled to have their own bathroom with their bedrooms, and the half bath was great when we had a friend over for dinner. The screened in porch was our favorite part. We spent many nights playing board games there, and it was fantastic, even in the rain. We loved it so much, we asked to rent it again next year.
