This condo was PERFECT for our Friendsgiving trip! We loved the location and the thoughtfulness of the home. We had plenty of space and enjoyed our time away from the warmer temperatures of Texas.

What a gem!

Wonderful location, well-equipped and beautiful home. These owners have set up this place with everything you can possibly want - we had 8 people in our group and had more than enough room. The views of the lake and mountain are incredible and location could not be more perfect. We loved our stay and will be back again!

Frisco stay

Property is big, but it does not have a large enough hot water tank for 709 people. The instructions on the table/kitchen are not detailed aout how to access the hot tub and other ameneties.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- We have never received these concerns about hot water before, but heavy simultaneous usage, such as filling a bathtub while multiple people shower, can temporarily deplete the supply, and as with any residential hot water tank, will take time to warm up again. - While there is no hot tub at the property, there is a small heated pool that may have been mistaken for one.- A welcome page and binder with detailed property information are provided in the home, but we will double-check that everything remains in place for future guests.Thanks for your valuable feedback as we continue to improve for future guests!

Gorgeous Place!

We loved our stay in Frisco. The location was wonderful. Right on Main Street but still had some natural views. I absolutely loved meditating in the sunlit room upstairs. Kitchen was wonderful as well. Great for a large group. The steps were a challenge . If there is health or mobility issues, this may not be the best fit. We will be back.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo overall. It was clean and as described. The pool at the complex was closed which was a bummer for our 7 year old and part of the reason we booked this condo. Additionally there were not games in the house (listed in the description of the house), they could have been elsewhere at the complex but they were not in the condo if you expect them. It’s close to Main Street and convenient for walking/shopping/eating.

Loved it! Lots of stairs so if you aren’t used to the altitude and going up stairs you may want to train a bit before coming! having multiple table options was perfect - the round table was set up for cards and board games; the coffee table had the puzzles; dining table for meals and the bistro table for morning coffee (the two chairs on the top floor were also perfect for sunrise coffee). Took some figuring out how to fit vehicle in the garage (Chrysler Pacifica) but it worked. Walking distance to everything you need - coffeeshops, trails, rentals, Crossfit gym, downtown, etc. Quick drive to Safeway, Walmart and fast food. Great place to stay - looking at a future date to return with friends to this condo!

Amazing four-story condo

This was much more condo than we actually needed! (It was just my wife and I). But that's okay. We'd definitely come back... It would be an excellent place for a family vacation. Here are the floors: Top floor: A master bedroom with a large bathroom. Also, a wonderful reading room. Windows everywhere, looking out to Buffalo Mountain in the back and across the road at the Dillon Reservoir. Decks on the front and back. Next floor down: A large kitchen and two dining areas plus a living room area with couches. Same views with lots of windows. Deck on the front. Next floor down: Two more bedrooms, one with a queen bed and a bunk bed and the other with two beds. Two bathrooms. This floor also has a washer and dryer for laundry. Bottom floor: Garage entry and a play room with its own bathroom and couches. Like I said, this place is large, and perfect for a large family to stay.

Beautiful Property in Amazing Location, cleaning and maintenance are lacking

As mentioned, this is an amazing property with one of the best views/locations in Frisco. We stayed here in 2008 which is why we came back. However, since that time the maintenance and cleaning have gone awry. The master bedroom shower knob was broken (as noted in another review), the master bedroom doors don't stay closed, the sheets on a few beds were dirty/stained, the floor in the kitchen was visually clean but had not seen a mop in months. We spilled a water bottle on the kitchen floor and when we cleaned it up with a paper towel it was black (which also explains why everyone's socks were dirty). The door in the guest bedroom shower was very difficult to open/close. Also as noted by others, the WiFi is messed up. Overall the property is awesome but the upkeep would keep us away in the future.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: -We're sorry that you experienced some issues during your stay and for any inconvenience. -We have very high standards for our property and use a professional cleaning service to have the home cleaned before each guest's arrival. We have an inspection process with an extensive checklist that is gone through after each guest's departure. -We would have been more than happy to address the shower handle, adjust doorknobs, and the kitchen floor which is routinely mopped before each guest's arrival. -Unfortunately, we're sorry to hear the Wi-Fi had some issues, we know how frustrating it can be without an internet connection. We wish you had brought this to our attention so we could have addressed this for a most comfortable stay. Thanks for your valuable feedback!

Great location, less desirable communication

Fabulous location and spacious quarters but there were communication and information glitches. One of the amenities listed is a hot tub but there is none. We stopped 3 different workers to find it. Two had no idea and the third spoken no English. When we emailed our contact,we were told that was another mistake and that there is no hot tub and should not have been listed in the binder. There is no binder. There is only a one sheet welcome in the kitchen. There was also a disturbing threat on that sheet Suggesting that if we unplug some WiFi cord, we would be charged a fine. We spent several hours looking for this elusive plug and couldn’t find it so we could show the children not to touch it. Again, I emailed our contact and was told – never mind. The plug no longer exists. as you can see there are serious communications issues.As far as overflow parking, we needed it because we had two cars. we were told there was overflow parking on the west side, which there was. We got the last spot, however there are two prominent signs that say you cannot park more than 48 hours! This didn’t make sense since we had a 96 hour reservation . Also, none of the cars ever moved out within 48 hours as we kept checking on our own car and moving it. Again another communication problem.

Beautiful 4-level unit near major ski resorts

Fantastic place to stay with multiple families. Frisco was very convenient for accessing the nearby ski resorts but had cost-efficient rentals and groceries nearby. The rooms are themed, and the entire unit had a lot of character. We really enjoyed the back view of the mountains and the front view of the town's Christmas trees. My large party enjoyed preparing food at the multiple kitchen sinks and island. The electric griddle was convenient (though loose connection sometimes). Though we didn't utilize their spice rack, the unit had many basic spices though maybe not oil and such. The community's heated pool and very basic gymming facilities (the cardio machines didn't turn on) are a short walk away from unit and accessible by keys (in the kitchen). After the initial supply of toiletries, you have to refill on your own if you have a long stay. Otherwise, a couple nights with the initial supply would have been great! The dishwasher doesn't work very well (I hope they fix it), but my party cleaned the dishes by hand for the entire trip. The wifi also had issues on the first day, but the management was very responsive and came to fix our wifi as soon as possible. Overall grateful for this listing and would stay here again.

Excellent value, beautiful place and location

This our second stay and we absolutely loved it! The views are fantastic and pictures don't do it justice - we loved morning coffee on the top floor looking at the lake and meals overlooking the mountains. The location is great - just off main street and having a garage is such a nice treat. Perfect for multi-family stays as there are so many beds and bathrooms along with everything you could need in the well stocked kitchen. We will absolutely be back!!

Great location and views!

This property was great for our family. Plenty of space and the upstairs sitting area was perfect for morning coffee and watching the sunrise. The pool is very small but warm so our boys enjoyed it. There were a couple of minor issues with windows and doors not locking and the freezer doesn't seem to seal properly. Overall it was very nice and we would definitely return.

Great location!

The property was beautiful and very clean! It was an excellent location for skiing at nearby resorts as well as a quick walk to the adorable Main Street. Great kitchen for preparing meals. We could have used a couple more dish towels. We could not connect to the internet the entire trip and did not have quick response times with the management. One of the shower head in the upstairs bathroom was not working. The beds were very comfy, but it seemed like they were heated, which was a little much at night. There was a nearby jacuzzi pool which was welcome after a day of skiing. The kids loved the “attic” nook which was so relaxing. Plenty of room to spread out in the home. Great spot for our family

Great stay over thanksgiving. Plenty of space for the family to spread out and have privacy, with a wonderful kitchen and living space for us all to be together. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to make a big thanksgiving meal. The beds were comfortable, the entire place was sparkling clean and a great location right on main street Frisco, walkable to all the restaurants and shops it has to offer and a very short drive to larger grocery stores by the freeway. Highly recommended.
