The Host was very communicative and helpful! Our stay was perfect for our family and close family/ friends. Excellent location to go hiking the major spots of beautiful scenic Colorado. This VRBO is also perfect for summer or ski vacation! Close to grocery and restaurants too. The host stocks tons of towels and extra amenities! The beds were super comfortable too! Plenty of kitchen tools to cook too( big plus for us picky Italian eaters: lol). 4 full baths !! Amazing!! Great Hot tub! Recommend completely!

Incredible condo!

Our group of six moms had a fantastic time in this incredibly well appointed home in Frisco. It had everything we needed- space to spread out, a wonderful hot tub, and a great location!! I would absolutely come back. The homeowners were very responsive and met every single one of our needs.

Perfect location with lots of room

This was the perfect house for all 11 of us. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking items as well as spices and oils. Brand new washer and dryer was great. Hot tub in the back was a hit with all the skiers. The pullout couch was the only negative- mattress was not the best. Otherwise beds, linens, towels, bathrooms were all perfect. Would definitely return.

Plenty of space with bedrooms and bathrooms. Location is excellent

The home was stocked with everything we needed in kitchen and bathrooms. Great space and love the extra living space for the kids do hang out. Only issue was the garage was very small and could not park either car in the garage.

Wonderful property in a great location!

We had a great experience staying at Kate’s Vrbo.I was so pleased to find out that the house was so well stocked with everything you might need and more! We had 6 adults and two dogs and we had more than enough room to spread out when needed. We all slept very comfortably, everyone complimented the comfort of the mattress and soft bedding. The hot tub was a huge plus! I appreciated the host’s responsiveness and her hospitality to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. I highly recommend this property!

Very well supplied with utensils, appliances, hot tub towels, bathroom extras, laundry detergent

Enjoyed the hot tub and large living room to hang out when it rained, walking distance from Whole Foods, Safeway & many other convenience stores. Easy access to marina and main roads (except of construction) Even with unusual rainy, chilly weather, we enjoyed our stay. Owners were very accommodating & gave one of our group an extra hour to stay & finish some work after checkout time. Thank you for your hospitality.
