Escape to the Primary Suite with a King Bed for a wonderful night's sleep and complete privacy with the ensuite bathroom. The kids will love the bunk room with two sets of Twin over Twin bunks and their own bathroom. There's also overflow sleeping on the King pullout in the living room.
With a perfect location at the Base Area Village, this condo features high-end building amenities including a parking garage, elevators, ski lockers, community hot tubs & amenity deck, grills, fire pits and more. Experience some of Winter Park's best shopping & dining in the Village or spend some time enjoying all the base area activities, year-round.
Sleeping Arrangements: Primary King Suite, two sets of Twin/Twin bunks in the bunk room, plus a King pullout sofa. Sleeps up to eight guests.

Great rental experience!
The unit was as described. Very clean. Excellent location. The communication with the rental company was outstanding.
The place was well equip, clean and overall perfect. Great location for the the events. WiFi was dependable. Working from condo, no connectivity issues.

The location is amazing, literally across the street from the lift. The fact that the property also has an outdoor hot tub with showers and an underground heated parking garage is just icing on the cake. The management company was kind enough to let us check in early and access the hot tub after our checkout since we were heading home later in the evening. I honestly wouldn't bother looking anywhere else, this is the place!
We liked the close location on the ground floor to the lifts, and bunk beds for our 18-20 something kids. Kitchen has the basics and the master has a bath and shower which is great after a day on the slopes.

Excellent location
This property is on the 1st floor with easy access to the village and slopes. We were able to head back to the condo for lunch each day. It has plenty of storage for your ski gear. I believe there is access to a ski locker but we did not have to use it. The condo was clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at Fraser's Crossing. Love having a downstairs unit with easy access to outside & the slopes.
This unit is not as nicely decorated as others we have stayed in but it was a great location and everything functioned well. Liked having the full size washer/dryer combo. Kitchen was nicely stocked with everything needed to cook. We would stay in this unit again.

This unit was great for our family of four. It has two sets of bunk beds for kids, so it would be great if you have more than two kids. It’s on the first floor so there are no stairs, and the entrance is straight to an outdoor hallway with easy access to the street and the village. The entrance to the unit includes ski holders and helmet rack. Great place!

The unit location was the best possible location for our family. Having 3 children 12 and under and able to walk out the door, (no stairs) to the hill was ideal. Having a ground level unit is an underestimated bonus. Bunk beds were great for 3 kids!
The bed in the master could be updated, real struggle there.

I stayed in this unit with my 25 year old son and his 3 good friends. They all said the bunk beds were excellent. The location of the unit, its furniture, appliances and amenities (fireplace, washer/dryer, furniture) were outstanding. This includes the common area jacuzzi, heated garage and bbq as well.
We really had an outstanding stay and would stay again. My suggestions:
1). king mattress was very very soft, not sure if others feel this way but my suggestion would be to upgrade the mattress.
2). Living room tv - consider replacing with a modern “smart tv” - so that people can sign into their own Netflix/etc.. accounts to watch their own shows as well as being able to “cast” from their phones to the tv. This was not possible and would have made the living room entertainment much better.

This is a great condo! It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was very well stocked. The proximity to the base is hard to beat! We would definitely stay here again!

One of the best ski-in ski-out places I’ve ever stayed at. Warm, cozy, full of amenities. Great for families with over 2 kids (the 4 bunk beds are amazing). Super well set up with skiing racks at the entry. And most importantly - you walk out and can get to the main gondola within 5 min. Would definitely stay here again.

I considered giving an "above average" review because some of the instructions about door codes and whatnot weren't perfectly clear, but the helpfulness of the reps on the phone and by text put this location into "excellent." We'll use Winter Park Lodging company again because of that and because it was cheaper than booking the same place on AirBnB or VRBO.
Also, the location and condo itself were perfect. Really short walk to the base area lifts (gondola, etc) and shops; newish, clean facilities; the condo was perfect. Lots of tv options, dvds, family games, toys for the little kids, clean throughout, comfortable accommodations. So many times you rent a place in these ski towns/villages and the place is a little dank and past its prime, but that's not the case here. We loved this place and will stay there again.

Upon first walking into our condo I noticed a personal note addressed to me welcoming me back and a bag of trail mix. The gesture was very appreciated and made us feel welcomed instantly! We found our condo very comfortable and well appointed. The only issue we had with the place was parking which has been discussed with management and Nationwide (the garage manager).

Great Stay!
My family of 5 stayed for a week - the condo was really nice and the location was fantastic! The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. The beds were VERY comfortable! I will definitely stay here again. It was a short walk to the slopes, Starbucks, restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!
