This top-floor, one-bedroom, one-bath villa features a private oceanfront balcony, ideal for morning coffee, dolphin watching, or relaxing evenings with the sea breeze.
Continuing our commitment to annual enhancements, April 2026 will bring a new sofa to the main TV room. Hilton Head STR permit number is 072834.

My wife and I came down to Hilton Head for the week. Great location with ocean view and easy walk to the beach. Check-in was simple and quick right across the street. Great place to stay in. Beach view was wonderful! I recommend this booking for the area. My only complaint was there were double the amount of towels than wash cloths in our room? I didn't want to pay for more so I purchased some from a local store.

Third year at this very special place in Hilton Head. The owners really care and provide every convenience you could ask for plus the location is so perfect. We had a special last minute request and got a quick reply from the owners to our question. We spent hours on the porch watching the ocean. Kitchen fully stocked (although we did not cook because we have so many favorite restaurants in HHI). Very comfortable bed and friendly people in the rental office. Everything we needed for an amazing week. Thank you to the owners for being so tuned in to what their guests might want or need. Already looking forward to next spring!

This villa has an awesome view. While many buildings are oceanside, this villa is on the top floor and directly faces the beach and ocean. There is ample seating on the covered, private balcony. You will be able to enjoy the sea air and a view of the ocean in rain or shine. The sunrise is unbelievable!

We are surrounded by other equally beautiful properties with lush landscape.
Our parking lot now has a security gate to add to your privacy. Park your car and walk or bike to a number of local shops and restaurants in Coligny Plaza.
