Welcome to Better Now... just as you enter the front porch, the name of the house will all make sense. It is welcoming and comfortable. This porch is screened in with a bed swing and plenty of seating to read, relax, play cards, or catch up with family and friends.



Enter the front door and into the living area is a large, open floor plan with plenty of natural light from the many windows. This beautifully decorated living room has comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV. The dining table seats 11 with extra seating for 3 at the kitchen bar. The upscale kitchen features unique tile, stainless appliances, granite counters and ample storage.



You will find one of 2 master suites on this floor. This room includes a king-sized bed a large closet, and flat screen TV. The private bath features a glass door shower, separate tub, beautiful tile work and granite counters.



On the 2nd floor atop the stairs is a landing area with a full-size sleeper sofa., flat screen TV and an Xbox 360. The bunk room, queen room and loft on the 2nd floor share a full bath.



The 2nd master suite is on this floor with a private balcony and seating. This room has an en suite bath with stand-up shower, double vanity and a tub.

There are 2 Olympic size swimming pools in the community, miles of nature trails, minutes from Watercolor and Seaside. The community Gathering Place has a fire pit, hot tub, playground and entertaining bar.



NatureWalk at Seagrove is a 155-acre, master-planned community surrounded by Point Washington State Forest and is located along Scenic Highway 30A corridor. Nestled within this quiet natural sanctuary, NatureWalk is just a short bike ride away from the stunning Emerald Coast beaches as well as the neighboring communities of Seaside, Seagrove and Watercolor.
