Welcome to Mirabella, highly -desirable , centrally located to Venice shopping and beaches community with easy access to I-75 (Sarasota and beyond). This UNFURNISHED very clean 2 bedrooms/ two entertainment areas/two full bathrooms condo with an open contemporary setting with new flooring, vaulted celling, indirect lighting, and a lot of natural light is located on second floor. Condo provides calm and relaxing atmosphere as it is still very secluded and has private entrance. The split-bedroom layout is great for hosting friends and family! Condo provides a lot of storage area via walk-in closets. The is 1 car garage with plenty of other parking spots. Community offers heated in-ground pool and large clubhouse. Public store is very close. Screened lanai. Available for annual or 6-12 m. Details can be discussed per request. No pets allowed(sorry!).
