Absolutely lovely litte place with everything we needed. The real stand out were the hosts though. Just gorgeous people who baked us a fresh loaf of bread and cookies on the first day and muffins on the last. Great place to watch birds as well.
didn't know about the national park - food was good in the room, but wished there was a bit of the history in the room of how the place came to be there...along with what to do in the area...ie visitors book. Loved listening to the birds and other 'bush noises' esp the kookaburras!
Our stay was lovely. The cottage was so comfy and all the special touches made it 10/10. Freshly baked bread, continental breakfast (and eggs) even warm muffins on our last day. Maggie was delightful, and greeted us giving us her local knowledge and such a warm welcome.Beautiful birds on our verandah, comfy bed, great shower - everything we needed.
The cottage was quiet and comfortable with all the amenities you need.Maggie was a wonderful welcoming host and had great communication and supplied a wonderful welcoming package of food on my arrival.

A beautiful natural haven in the high country. Beautiful hosts, old fashion hospitality and beautiful ambience. I’ll be back!
The cottage was very well kept and really comfortable! The owners were very welcoming and great at communicating. One thing to note is that the mobile coverage in the area isn't great, and to access any nearby sights you have to drive. Overall we found the stay really comfortable and the hosts were lovely!
Wonderful hosts, cottage was a great stay and property surroundings a pleasant change from suburbia.
Many Thanks Maggie.

My only regret is we couldn't stay longer. We arrived in the dark and woke up to beautiful nature. The cottage was lovely and cosy. We would definatly stay again.

I booked this accommodation for a snow trip and it was absolutely perfect. The cottage had everything you need including plentiful hot water and a comfy bed after a day on the mountain and even freshly house baked goods on arrival and departure.
The owners of Frogsong are so kind and thoughtful. Their communication is excellent and were more than happy to go above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I couldn’t recommend Frogsong cottages enough.

Lovely & quiet, great host that bought fresh home made muffins in the morning. No TV but we can all survive for a few days without it.

Maggie is a host who provided warm hospitality, her home made cookies and muffins are lovely.
Accommodation is nice and clean, 20 minutes drive from Mansfield. No high technology, no TV/Wifi/AC... If you enjoy a quiet and peaceful place with birds dropping by, here is perfect.
The only thing annoyed us are dealing with the bugs. A LOT of bugs and mosquitoes visit every night. Make sure you bring insect spray/fly catcher.
Maggie and Dave were brilliant hosts and the cottage was really cosy and very well presented. The provision of breakfast including fresh eggs was a very pleasant unexpected bonus. Beautiful area definitely worth a return visit.
Very caring hosts at this peaceful property, we had to cut our visit short due to an illness in the family, our hosts were very sympathetic to us, and had no hesitation in refunding the 2 nights we were unable to stay. Thank you very much Meggie and Dave.
The couple that accommodated our stay were some of the friendliest people we have ever met. They were very welcoming and made us feel at home and one with the community. It being my partner's birthday, they even offered to make fresh raspberry muffins for him. The property was beautiful, serene and takes you to a calm and relaxing place away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. In a funny way, it made us feel like kids again. Couldn't recommend staying here enough! Just amazing!
A very nice quiet spot. Lovely and homely. Has everything you need nice and warm great views of bush land. Fresh home made bread. All your essentials supplied. Plenty of rugs etc for cold weather.
