Beach Racquet A126 | Steps to the Beach + Pool!

Beach and Racquet A126 is located just a few steps from the pool and beach! This condo will welcome guests with laminate wood flooring, an updated kitchen which includes a refrigerator, stove, oven microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker. There is a large flat-screen television in the living room along with a sleeper sofa.

This 1 bedroom condo is furnished with a King size bed and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom has a custom tiled walk-in shower and a convenient, in-unit stacked washer and dryer. Guests will also enjoy a furnished private balcony with a partial side view of the bay where you will enjoy watching ships and shrimp boats pass you by. The condo also has in-unit WIFI for your convenience. The unit sleeps 4 comfortably. Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). Parking for this condo is unreserved for 1 vehicle only. You will receive a parking pass at check-in.

Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beach, but no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port. The condo complex features private beach access, 14`x20` pool and 10x10` kiddie pool, tennis courts, private parking, gated complex, WIFI access at the pool and Savannah Beach and Racquet Office, community charcoal grills, and community coin-operated washer(s)/dryer(s) in each building.

POOLS: Pools are currently open daily from Noon to 2:45 pm and 3:15-6 pm, with limited occupancy. (subject to change, based on HOA Guidelines).

Nice stay! Got a little noisy a couple nights in the middle of the night with loud people running in the hallways and yelling. Beach was very close and quite peaceful. Not much to do in Tybee Island!

Everything was just as shown! Extremely easy checkin/out, very clean with lots of amenities. Great pool area & gated entrance kept traffic at minimum. Very convenient to restaurants, beach, shops & spent a day in Savannah exploring that beautiful city as well. We will definitely return and stay again.

The place was very cute and perfect, I think a bit small for more than 2 people.The view from balcony wasn't ideal but doable for fresh air sitting. Beach and pool were great and very convenient and super close, mere steps from unit was awesome. I think the couch needs to be replaced, not very comfortable, I think an “L” shape would be better. The kitchen needs potholders(unless I missed finding them) The unit was clean and I would stay again, no major complaints. A great place to come back to after a long day enjoying Tybee, Savannah and other local areas.

Geeat location - room could use some love

Overall happy with the stay. But i will say rhe photos are MUCH nicer than actual place. It worked for what we needed for the few days but i will say the space is a little awkward inside. And some small things need repair . The pull out bed feom couch was extremely uncomfortable- so dont necessarily plan dor that as an extra bed. Pool was not cooled - so it was like a bath.But location was fantastic !!! :)

Good budget place

This place is a good place to stay if you are on a budget. We would not book this condo again personally but I would recommend to anyone looking for a budget friendly place to stay. The beach they speak of is not the popular beach spot on the island. We had to drive to south beach. Also, I had to wash the bed sheets and vacuum the room right when we checked in because there was hair everywhere!! We could not even use the pillows there was so much hair from past people that have stayed, so I do think they can do a better job cleaning this place but other than hair everywhere, the place is in otherwise okay condition, very outdated though.

The pictures definitely make you think it’s a much nicer place but overall it was good. The rooms are hard to find unless you ask people to help you so don’t be shy. It was kind of gross - not cleaned well upon entry. (Random blueberries in the kitchen and the toilet definitely wasn’t cleaned) My biggest complaint was the bathroom has zero ventilation - meaning no air flow at all. So it was so hot in there I couldn’t put on makeup and was sweating to do my hair. The beach being so close is really what you are paying for! I loved the quietness of the place and low traffic even with lots of travelers.

Small, but functional for 2

Kitchen is well stocked with pretty much everything you need. The porch is great for morning coffee or breakfast or just enjoying the gentle breeze. Didn't realize there wasn't a dishwasher, but not a big deal.. It was a little weird to walk into the unit and the bedroom is right there, but considering the size & layout of the unit there's really nowhere else the bedroom could be. The complex is right on the beach, and has its own private boardwalk. The beach is quieter than the other two in town, which is nice. Great community, everyone we met was very friendly. Wenever felt out of place or unwelcome. Would have no problem staying here again.

It’s was great! Pictures are accurate. It was very cute. My husband agreed that we would be returning. Close to the North end beach. Quiet and secluded. We saw beach crabs, hermit crabs, horse shoe crabs and dolphins. The renting agency gives a booklet on recommended places. It never failed us. I tried one time to go off book, and I regretted lol.
