Host responded immediately on any questions or requests. Beds extremely comfortable. Condo very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Only disappointment was the deck with no shade or outdoor lights. Great beach view and loved the palapas on the beach! Only situation encountered was the elevator was not working when leaving and we were in the 5th floor. But would definitely stay there again.

This was just what we needed!

The property is super comfortable with all of the amenities you could ask for!! Very nice movie set up, beds were confortable, kitchen was amazing, ac was cold! Overall it was an amazing and the pools and close proximity to the beach were very convenient!

Excellent location, views, and condo

If you want a relaxing stay on the beachside I highly recommend this place. It’s no more than a few footsteps away from the beach. The condo is updated throughout and most importantly has extremely comfortable beds.

Beautiful 2-bedroom condo on Sandy Beach!

My husband and I took my Dad to Puerto Penasco for the first time in 30 years. He was blown away by the beautiful property of the Princesa and Sandy Beach. The condo was lovely and fully equipped to accommodate our stay. We had an amazing time.

Great view

It’s a great condo, with a kitchen that has everything you could need. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms. The view of the beach from the balcony is amazing. The keyless lock was a plus. Overall we had a great stay here. I would definitely recommend booking this condo.

Kitchen setup was great but coffee pot leaks. Yery clean, great beach view and would stay again. Light above sink not working, toilet valve in master bedroom does not shut off all the way and would help if we had instructions of how to use the TV in the living room and master bedroom.
