A completely redone 4BR, 3Full bath townhouse in Dewey Beach. Just bring your beach towel! Sheets and bath towels provided. Brand new bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, bedding, furniture and paint. 1 block to all of the Dewey restaurants, shops and nightlife. 2 Blocks to the Beach or Bay. Onsite parking for 3 cars and additional non-permit required parking right down the street. Fully furnished kitchen, 50" HD TV, hi-speed wifi, outside shower, great entertaining space
Enjoy a great time in Dewey and come home to a beautiful newly updated place. Every room was updated in June of 2015! All new furniture and mattresses. Bring your housebroken dog, and walk them legally on the beach! *Sorry we don't rent out for Senior Weeks or groups of friends under 40*

Family Getaway

This was a great property ie location, cleanliness and communication. We had a group of 8 plus our dog and there was plenty of space! Also sheets and towels were usable unlike some of the places we have stayed. The one downfall would be only three parking spaces. Highly Recommend!

Relaxing stay

We planned a short getaway for our anniversary weekend. This rental is less than a 5-minute walk to the beach which was perfect! The property manager was very accommodating and the place was spotless when we arrived.

Great Host!

The location of this townhouse can't be beat. It wasn't the cleanest, but its a beach house rental, so not sure much more could be expected. I would rent here again. Steven and his team were very quick to respond to any texts or emails.

Very comfortable and great location in downtown Dewey

Location is great for beach and town access. Can get a little busy but never was disruptive. Had a little plumbing issue in the kitchen that was attended to and resolved quickly by the owner and property manager. Our only suggestion would be to make the outside shower private - could only be used for rinsing off never an actual shower. My family and our dog loved the stay - would definitely recommend.

The place was so nice and clean upon arrival. The beds were made (linens provided) and clean towels folded on the beds with extras in the bathrooms. Our property manager was great -- walked us through the home and everything we needed to know and was very responsive to phone calls. Only the master bedroom had a dresser, the other rooms had closet organizers for clothes, which was okay, but I like dressers! Kitchen has everything you need. Great little roof top deck. Short walk to the beach! A nice, nice place!

Nice location, property needs a little love

Nice location in Dewey Beach 5 minutes walk from the beach and Dewey Beer Cie. A lot of space for 8 persons. Property needs love : pipes are blocked, rug a bit old and filthy, ventilation with a strange smell. Also, dishwasher was not unloaded when we came in. Overall, big and well located house with maintenance needed.

Dewey Beach- Great Family Vacation

Each year our family (all adults) picks a different location to vacation for the July 4th week. Dewey Beach was one of our favorites! Short walk to the beach, restaurants, and fun activities such as yoga, movies and fireworks on the beach. We took the Jolly Trolley into Rehoboth one evening also. Dogs are allowed on the beach before 930 am and after 530 pm. This townhouse is in a very convenient location. It is spacious, has available parking, and we would stay again. Just a few cons: Some areas of the townhouse were not cleaned properly, especially floors and the third floor rug was very dirty. Our feet were dirty after walking barefoot on the floors. The property manager offered to have the cleaners come back out but we had already cleaned the floors by then and were ready to start our vacation so declined the offer. A lot of the kitchen tools need to be replaced and updated. The dishwasher does not clean properly and the pods are never dissolved. The grill had plenty of gas but had not been cleaned in a while. Melted cheese was stuck on the surfaces. If you like blankets, bring your own. There were none although linens were provided and they were of good quality. In total, this was a great family vacation !

Great location

Short walk to starboard, Dewey beer co and the beach. It was exactly what my husband and I were looking for in our stay for the weekend. Place can equipped with linens and bath towels which was also a big positive that we didn’t have to worry about bringing those with us. Communication, check in and check out was easy.

Great place to say with a group, right near the ocean!

Great location, ocean and many restaurants so close by. Property is very well maintained and has a rooftop deck on the third floor. Will definitely stay here again.

Great Family Spot in Dewey

We're a family with two little ones (2 and 4) and a dog. We loved the spot. Just far enough off the hustle and bustle of the main drag, but still super convenient to get to the beach and bars. The residence was great - fantastic layout to keep little ones down the hall and still have your own space with private bathroom. Already had a baby gate from the upstairs down the main chute (which was better for our needy dog than the kids). We'd definitely stay here again.

This spacious, very clean, conveniently-located property is perfect for a family or other large group. The neighborhood is not only close to the beach, it is charming in itself, and very quiet and welcoming. The owner was very responsive. We'll definitely be back.
