This is an incredible place to spend time! Everything is so clean and the house is amazing and comfortable. There is so much to do here without leaving the property. You don't need to plan any other activities. Just come with a bunch of food, family, and friends! Wonderful house- can't say enough about the lifetime memories that we made here! I would give 10 stars if we could.

The host was very helpful, check-in was extremely convenient, and the property has something for everyone! The pool was a real highlight in July, but the tennis court, billiards, and outdoor sports equipment filled any unstructured time at our reunion. We had a great time!

This is the most amazing property. There is everything there, so you never feel like you need to leave. The main house is like you are in the game of Clue. Beautiful old rooms in a large Victorian style home. Fantastic front porch. The kitchen was fully equipped, actually more than fully. I have never seen so many different types of appliances in the pantry. The game room was terrific. Then you add the other two cottages, the pool, the tennis/pickleball/basketball court, orchards, sauna, etc., etc., this is a fantastic property. Well maintained and a perfect spot for a family reunion. We can't rate it high enough.

This was our second time staying on the property and it was just as good as the first time. We love the variety in activities (pool, pickle ball, huge lawn for frisbee & cornhole) and always enjoy the historical charm of the main house. We are a large group and renting out the Caretaker Cottage is a non-negotiable for us, the kitchen in there is so spacious and makes meal prepping a dream! The homeowner is hands down the best host to work with - her hospitality is unmatched!

Green Hill Ranch is an ideal place for a large group vacation. 8 of us come here every year for a week and we love it every year and look forward to it. The pool, the tennis court, ping pong, billiards, puzzles, lounging around. There's something for everyone. Kathleen, the owner, is really responsive to questions. And it's beautiful there!

Kathleen is an excellent host, accommodating, responsive, and really goes all the way to meet people’s needs. You can also see her level of care in the details of the house, it has every game you can think of (indoor and out) and the kitchen is stocked with anything you might need. Great Reunion!

We held a family reunion with about fifteen people ages 65 staying at the property. Kathleen (owner) was amazing, friendly, and so accommodating to make sure we had what we needed for everyone's situation. My cousins were so impressed with the location, home, surroundings, etc. Nothing but positives to say!
