Hi Jose,
We sincerely apologize that you experienced a mouse inside the property. As noted in the rental agreement that you signed, all of our properties are considered rural homes and, unfortunately, sometimes forest creatures, including mice, spiders, etc. find their way inside.
We have no record of you reporting it and would have appreciated knowing about it during your stay so we could take action to eliminate it.
We hope that you enjoyed your stay at this unique home in spite of the unwanted visitor.

Beautiful home. Property management company was slow to respond to issues. Arrived to power outage but had to wait a whole day to get the power restored as no one was available on a Sunday to return the phone call.

Ideal location for friends and family reunion in Tahoe Park! Main floor one level, which worked great for my elderly mother. Stairs up from the drive, but otherwise we weren't worried about her getting around the house. Didn’t utilize BBQ area, but looked inviting!

Great location - nicely furnished - great HOA for summer activities
We enjoyed the location close to Tahoe City, Commons Beach as well as HOA beach- Tahoe Park HOA was great for swimming, BBQs by the beach, access to horseshoes, basketball, docks for jumping off of (water is cold, but refreshing!!). Fun for the kids to explore. Close to bike paths, 5 min walk to beach, grocery store and restaurants. West Shore sports is super convenient for SUP and kayak rentals as well.
House was very clean, upgraded finishes, space to spread out. The house would be really cozy for winter visits too, with the fireplace centrally located.
BBQ for outdoor grilling is convenient to kitchen and dining area can easily fit a large group (8ish). Beds are Queens or Twins so a little bit difficult for my tall husband to fit super comfortably, but we knew that going into the rental.
Because the HOA is so great for summer activities, I would suggest that the owner consider supplying a wagon and beach stuff (towels, chairs) for out of town renters. We are close enough to drive, so we could bring those items - it would be nice for renters that need to fly into Tahoe.
Hausermann management was fantastic - super responsive to email inquires and Tahoe recommendations.
Overall great stay!

Beautiful place 15 minutes from Alpine Meadows and 20 min from squaw Valley
The house is real cozy, and has the bedrooms well separated from each other. The kitchen's a little small if your going to cook a lot, but big enough to get whatever you need done. Really, everything about the property was great.
Tahoe City is also a great town to stay in. It's got some fancy restaurants with great food and a couple of good sports bars with a great crowd. You can get fantastic prime rib at Rosie's, a great gourmet burger at Sunnyside, and still get $4 coors light and play pool at Pete & Pete's. I know there's a lot of great places that we didn't stumble across.
Skiing was great, even if the conditions weren't perfect. Had 1 day with powder just after Christmas, and then it absolutely dumped snow the day we packed up to leave. Squaw had lots of cool terrain, especially on the back side around Solitude and up in the bowls. The less aggressive terrain had good snow and was wide enough that you could keep pretty good speed on it without getting crowded by slower skiers. When Squaw got busy, Alpine meadows was a great spot. There was maybe half as many people on the slopes, and he terrain was still a lot of fun (even if there wasn't as much of it).
Anyway, had a great time. The house was great. The nightlife was great. Hauserman Rentals is an A+ operation- we had no issues, and they answered the phone when I asked how to light the fireplace on Christmas Eve (the instructions were also in the paperwork the left on the table for us).

Great Vacation Getaway
This cabin was the perfect home for our family to hang out and enjoy the snow. Great location just 20 minutes from Squaw and many more activities.
The only thing I would say is there wasn't enough hot water or it needed to be turned up. But otherwise a perfect Christmas vacation for all. Thank you!!!
