The cozy space features a HOT TUB on the deck, 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed, and 1 twin bed plus a futon upstairs, perfect for a small group of guests. (Max 5). With amenities like recently renovated kitchen with dish washer, AC, WiFi, TV, Washer Dryer, and Hot tub your stay will be both pleasant and convenient. Relax in the living room in front of fireplace or on the Large Deck with gas grill and fire pit. Fall in love with the Catskills and enjoy the magic it has to offer. Hiking, Biking, Scenery, peace and quiet. 10 minutes to Belleayre Ski area where you can take a fabulous gondola ride to the top! Visit nearby Belleayre Beach!

Lovely getaway in a quiet, scenic area

Listing was perfect for a few days to spend in nature and have a place to relax in the evenings. Well maintained, clean and had some great views locally.

Beautiful Setting and Great House

We had an amazing time at this property. It was really great to get out of the city and into the country for a few days, this house was the perfect place to relax. Gerry was a great communicator.
