The Space:

Welcome to your home away from home in Storey Lake Resort – a bright four-bedroom, three-bathroom townhouse with lightning-fast Wi-Fi and room for 12.



SLEEPING: a king main suite with private bathroom, a queen bedroom, and two bedrooms with two full beds each – perfect for kids and cousins – sharing the other bathrooms.

LIVING: a fully equipped kitchen for easy family meals, plus dining and living areas for the whole group.

OUTDOORS: your own private pool – heating is available for an extra fee, just let us know at least 48 hours before arrival.

INCLUDED: 12 towels, fresh linens, a fully equipped laundry room and a welcome kit to kick off your stay.

RESORT: the jewel of Storey Lake is The Hideaway Club, with its resort-style pool and spa, lazy river, water slides, splash pad, mini golf, fitness center and poolside dining.



LOCATION: 6 minutes to Walmart, 13 minutes to Walt Disney World, 14 minutes to the Premium Outlets and 24 minutes to Universal Studios.



Guest Access:

The whole townhouse is yours – private pool, kitchen, laundry room and all bedrooms and living areas. STOREY LAKE RESORT: show your booking confirmation and ID to the guard to receive an access code for your stay. Clubhouse address: 4693 Fairy Tale Circle, Kissimmee, FL 34746. All guest names must be registered before arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Storey Lake Resort has one of the best locations of any vacation resort in Central Florida – you can reach Orlando's top theme parks without even touching I-4. It's only 17 miles from Orlando International Airport and 2.5 miles from Disney Springs and the Lake Buena Vista outlets.



The heart of the resort is The Hideaway Club: a resort pool and spa, lazy river, water slides, splash pad, mini golf, fitness center, kayak rentals, and poolside dining and bar. Right outside the gates you'll find Walmart, Target, Publix, restaurants and the shops of Vineland Avenue and Lake Buena Vista.



Getting Around:

A car is the most convenient way to get around: the resort sits right by Osceola Parkway and SR 535, so you can reach Disney without even using I-4, and parking is available at the townhouse. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about 17 miles / 30 minutes away depending on traffic. Public transport is limited, but Uber and Lyft are widely available.



Other Things to Note:

AGE REQUIREMENT: Guests must be 21 years or older to make a reservation and must provide matching ID upon request (ID and payment method must match). Failure to provide ID will result in booking cancellation.



GUEST LIST: A complete list of guest names (first and last) is required by 5 PM EST at least 24 hours before arrival. Resort access will be denied if names are not registered.



POOL & SPA HEATER (if applicable): The SPA is not a hot tub – it is connected to the pool and both are heated by the same system, for an additional fee. The heater can take 24–48 hours to fully heat the water and is turned on once payment is processed, so please request pool heating at least 48 hours before arrival. The pool is heated to 86°F; for health and safety reasons we cannot raise it further. The pool and SPA share the same water temperature (the SPA is a warm-water area without hydromassage jets). Reservations of 2 nights are not eligible for pool-heater refunds. In extreme cold (approx. 32°F–40°F) the heater keeps working but the water may feel colder because of heat loss – in these conditions the water warms only about 20 degrees above the outside temperature. Weather-related conditions are not a heater malfunction and do not qualify for a refund.



GRILL: Grill rental is available for a separate fee and must be requested before arrival. Propane exchange is not included.



HOUSE RULES: No parties. No pets. No smoking indoors. A $10 delivery fee applies; USPS does not deliver to this address and the resort is not responsible for unattended packages.



AMENITIES: Pack 'n Plays and high chairs are available on request before check-in. Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod). After the starter supplies, guests restock as needed. Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items. Washer & dryer available.



MAINTENANCE: We're always ready to help with any maintenance need – surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.
