Gorgeous mountain home w/ long range views and waterfall in Brevard!!

The perfect mountain retreat equipped with 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a waterfall, fire pit, hot tub, and long range mountain views! Located in "The Land of Waterfalls" and only minutes from the French Broad River, Gorges, Dupont, and the new Headwaters State Parks for all of your outdoor activities. The adorable city of Brevard is only 12 miles away and if you want to visit Asheville or The Biltmore Estate they're less than an hour away (45 miles).

This home has floor to ceiling mountain views and a huge multi-level deck to fully enjoy the outdoors. We have ample seating areas on the upper deck to sit, relax, take in the mountain air, and enjoy the views. A gas grill is available for cooking out. The back deck faces SW, so there are beautiful sunset views in the evening. The lower deck is equipped with a hot tub to enjoy. From the lower deck, you can walk down one of two paths. The path along the side of the property takes you to the waterfall with a seating area at the bottom and the one in the middle of the property will take you down to the fire pit.

There are 4 bedrooms, each with their own en suite bathroom plus a half bath on the main level. The master bedroom is on the main level and has a queen size bed with deck access, mountain views, and a huge master bathroom. One bedroom w/ bathroom is upstairs and two more bedrooms and bathrooms are downstairs. My husband and I love to cook, so our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need including crock pot, blender, waffle maker, hand and emulsion mixers, dutch ovens, stock pot, toaster oven, spices, baking dishes, and much more. We have a coffee maker, french press, and Keurig for all the coffee lover preferences.

The home is cleaned and stocked with all organic cleaning products.

For those of us that have to work while we play, we have wifi internet, a desk area, and a printer. The home is also equipped with Direct TV satellite television on the main floor and games to play in the game room on the lower level.

Dogs are allowed and subject to a $75 pet fee.
