The county is currently conducting a beach renourishment project along portions of the shoreline that is expected to affect stays up until May, with possible minor extension into May due to weather delays. As crews move section by section, temporary equipment and sand pumping operations may be visible near this property. The work is temporary and helps strengthen and protect the beach and dunes, and nearby beach access is generally available around active work zones.

Prepare your favorite delights in the fully equipped kitchen. Spacious living room area with TV, futon, and bathroom with walk-in shower. Each bedroom features a full-size bed to rest in after a long day on the beach. A large fenced yard is a plus for your pets. Also features a full-size sofa sleeper, Free WiFi, cable TV, full-size washer/dryer, and all linens are supplied. Charcoal bar-b-que grill for cookouts with friends and family.

Fine for pets not so fine for humans

I got great service from property manager but the house needs lots of repairs and care. Tarps on roof. Plumbing needed overhaul during my 3 mo. stay. Freezer door doesn’t close properly so I had to throw everything out. Garbage disposal had to be replaced and there’s smell of cigarettes during damp weather. Very comfortable for pets and great location. But the house needs some TLC

This property was perfect for us. We always go into properties, put blankets over furniture so our pet wont mess up. We take up rugs just in case. This property was perfect no rugs, furniture was older but we covered. It was great! The corporate office was right down the street and those people were so accommodating if anything went wrong. The neighbor, Clara, is a jewel! The neighborhood is quiet and clean and in a perfect spot! One of the best restaurants is in walking distance to this property. I only wished it had been offered to us for next year, but it wasnt. Anyone who gets this house should be thankful. We enjoyed and had a great time.

Beach side fun.

The beach house was just as expected. lots of everything to be comfortable. Just a few minute walk to the beach and to several restaurants and a icecream parlor too.

Florida winter

Enjoyed your place was just what we needed, wish I could have rented it for next year but I wasn't fast enough, it would be nice to to able to rent the following year a year in advance. First choice of refusal. All was great neighbors were very nice..
