About this property

Beach front condo with ocean views and community pool. 2/2 on non drive beach.

This is the ultimate in beach living! Enjoy the gorgeous ocean view directly from your balcony. Point East is a great beach community located on the non driving beach and minutes to downtown Flagler Avenue. It’s also within walking distance to different restaurants and a convenience store. There is a heated swimming pool, kiddie pool, outdoor shower, covered picnic tables, private beach access, shuffleboard court, and outdoor grill. The complex connects directly to the 27th avenue park which features a playground as well as basketball and racquetball courts.

The unit has new plush carpeting as well as newly remodeled bathrooms for ultimate comfort. The furnishings are also brand new with a tasteful beach atmosphere. There’s a king bed in the main room with a private bath and 2 full sized beds in the guest room to accommodate 6 comfortably in the unit. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook including a coffee maker, tea kettle, and a full set of pots and pans.

Point East is a small well maintained beach community which has just undergone a complete renovation of the grounds. The building is 3 stories tall and our unit is located on the top floor, just 2 units away from the elevator.

New Smyrna Beach is conveniently located just 1 hour from the Orlando International Airport as well as the Orlando theme parks and attractions. It is also just 30 minutes from Daytona and the famous international speedway. The unit is walkable to many restaurants, an ice cream shop, and the Dollar General for your grocery shopping needs. It is conveniently located 2.5 miles from Downtown Flagler Avenue and just 2 miles to Publix. Please feel free to message me with any questions you may have. We’d love to have you at Point East!

This property was in a great location steps away from the beach. The pool was wonderful and was a stones throw from the beach. Beautiful courtyard too! The condo was so nice. Nicole answered my calls promptly and is a great host! The condo was well stocked with everything you could need. I would definitely come back here again!! You will not be disappointed! Peaceful and quiet!

We loved staying in this condo. Nicole was a great host and very communicative with us. The condo was so incredibly homey and had everything we needed and forgot to bring and then some! The pool was fabulous, as was the views of the ocean. We enjoyed our time and will definitely be back again.

We had an amazing time on our trip. Nicole was great with contacting us with details prior to our trip which made our check in seamless. The condo was very clean and so cozy. It is stocked with all the essentials needed for a smooth easy stay. We had a beautiful view of the beach from the balcony where we had coffee and long morning chats. We had a wonderful stay. We will definitely be coming back.

Property is just as described. Check in was a breeze and host was highly communicative. The unit was clean and had a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony and both bedroom windows. As others have described, the host thought of everything for the stay! Even a drying rack for wet clothes. The place was immaculate.The kids enjoyed the playground next door and the apartment is on the side of NSB that doesn’t allow vehicles. The best! Would absolutely stay here again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at New Smyrna Beach. The condo was well-equipped with nearly everything we needed for our 2-week stay. The location is great, the grounds and pool lovely and we appreciated the elevator for hauling up groceries and luggage.

Great location!

Needed a place to stay, so we could come down to attend my Great Nephew's 2nd birthday party on the beach at Hiles Beach ramp, this worked out perfectly. The condo was nice and clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Ice maker did not work. No TV instructions. Impossible to watch real TV. Coffee pot did not need paper filters, only made it work incorrectly. Parking was around the side of the building, took a while to find the entrance near the elevators, and the luggage racks. Rooms were clean and had easy access to pool and beach. Summary I receive two days in advance included the key info I needed, since I was unable to effectively access the VRBO app. Would have been nice to receive it 4 days in advance.
