Great 3 Couple Condo

The condo had everything from cookware to towels to fire wood! The three bedrooms with full bathrooms made it a perfect and private setting. We all agreed we would stay again.

Loved the property

My family really enjoyed our stay here. The condo has been customized for skiers, e.g. boot driers with plenty of hooks and storage for our gear. The free bus to and from the mountain stops less than a 5 minute walk from our condo. Fresh Market is within a 10 minute walk. The property was accurately represented on the VRBO site. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great week

This condo is exactly as advertised - close to restaurants and trail heads, steps from the free city bus. Hiking, shopping and Olympic Park were local highlights. We found the condo very comfortable and convenient and appreciated the owner checking in with us during our stay. Note, lack of AC wasn't a problem as we were strategic with blinds during the day and all windows open at night.

Annual ski trip

Myself, my husband and my daughter meet our friends (another couple with small daughter) for a ski trip every year. What a fantastic surprise park city and this condo were! A ton of space for kids to be away from adults, but kitchen for cooking meals, and every amenity you’re could think of - even a foam roller for those sore muscles after a day on the mountain! Grocery store across the street had everything we needed, and ski shuttle stop was footsteps from front door, and only two stops from park city base. Mike was so accommodating- communication was amazing. Would recommend highly to anyone!

Most Excellent Weekend!

We wanted a condo in Park City for the last weekend in September and this one fit the bill! The owner was so gracious and helpful; he even answered my call on Friday night when we had trouble with the lockbox. He patiently walked me through the steps to gain access. The condo was clean and very well appointed. The kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked. Our granddaughter was thrilled to sleep in the loft! The view from the patio of the golf course and surrounding mountains in full fall color was amazing. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful place!

Very communicative and accommodating host. Property was clean and comfortable for family with small kids. Lots of sleeping options. About 20 minute walk to Main Street. Playground/park nearby. Pool great for kids. Only downside was the lack of AC during a summer heat wave.

Great central location

Thanks for sharing your comfortable place with us. Everyone loved your leather furniture in the tv area, especially the 2 recliners. The location was great. We could easily walk in every direction. Also enjoyed sitting out back as the evening cooled off, watching golfers and hummingbirds.

BEST experience ever.

This property is the best I have ever stayed in. Most rentals have limited amenities to use. For example, a roll of toilet paper, maybe some paper towels, no spices, and limited kitchen appliances. This place has it all and then some. The owner is very responsive and obviously prides himself on his guests having a wonderful experience. This place could have been bare bones but it was far from that. We enjoyed sitting out back and enjoying the outdoor weather. Close to everything but not in the crowds. My kids didn't want to leave even to see the sites. I couldn't blame them. We already booked more time in this unit. As others have said - Read the Bible of info on the unit and you won't have one unanswered question.

HITS THE SPOT

Luxurious comfort in a most convenient location. All the amenities you could want *(other than a/c). Extremely well-equipped kitchen. It all made for a great family vacation. Owner is most helpful; I did need some help a couple of times and he was very responsive. * we did have hotter than seasonal weather; Although there is no a/c ceiling fans (and a big box fan for the loft) made it reasonably comfortable. I would return and definitely recommend this condo.

Great Experience

We had a relatively brief last minute trip to Park City with our kids (7 & 9) and my in-laws and despite our short stay Mike still went out of his way to communicate and make us feel welcome. This is an amazing property: fully up-to-date with top end amenities and everything you need. Our kids loved the enclosed loft area (felt like their own little annex) and the bedrooms were comfortable and felt like home. Amazing location with great views. We would highly recommend staying here!

The Best Ski Condo Around

Location, amenities, attention to detail this place has it all. Not to mention a super attentive owner who does everything to make sure your trip is perfect. The condo slept our party of four comfortably. The kitchen has everything (and i mean everything) you need to prepare your own meals. The living room has oversized furniture and a real fire place that are the perfect spot to unwind after skiing. Would recommend this place to anyone, and looking forward to returning!

Another great year at this condo

We love this condo. It is spacious and room for everyone to be together and still have personal space. The kitchen is a dream. It is the most well furnished kitchen we have ever had at any VRBO we have stayed at. The owner is great to work with and gives a small bible of information regarding the condo (If you can't figure out how to use the sound system.... read the bible, if you want to use the fire place....read the bible, if you want to know about parking...read the bible), seriously all questions can be answered by reading the paper work. Park City is amazing in the fall! We highly recommend this condo. We will be returning again next year!

Trip with grandsons

Excellent vacation rental. Very well stocked with necessary items and kitchen equipment! Only drawback for us was no ac! The description in Vrbo never said it had ac, I assumed! My bad! We visited in July! We were there on some extremely hot days but the nights were very cool. We weren’t home during the day much so it all worked out fine but if you’re going in the summer, something to think about! Overall, excellent place to stay!

Great condo with a great Location

This is a great condo and the owner has everything you need ready in the condo. The owner was thorough and alway responded quickly with any questions. This was the second time we stayed there and will definitely be back next year for our annual ski trip.

Perfect for Us!

Fabulous place to stay for our group of 3 couples and a teenager! Everybody had their own space upstairs and the downstairs was a wonderful gathering place for all of us. The kitchen was as well stocked as promised and we enjoyed all but one meal at home. The proximity to the bus stop and grocery were as advertised. Our only small negative was the kitchen was so well stocked it was hard to find a place for all of our stuff! Thank goodness for the large fridge! Mike was always available for answering questions and made sure our trip went smoothly. We’ve stayed in many different places over the years and this condo was certainly at the top of our list!

Great condo for ski holiday

This was a well situated condo close to ski lifts, free bus stop and supermarket. We were 6 adults and there was plenty of room with an excellent layout. Kitchen was well equipped with lots of extras - herbs and spices, tea and coffee and all cleaning products needed. The condo was warm and it was possible to ski back from the slopes (across the golf course!). Great communication with owner who was very quick to respond to any questions. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to friends and family.

Big and spacious.

This condo had EVERYTHING we needed. It was so much bigger than we were expecting and so comfortable. Love sitting by the fireplace watching the snow come down. Peaceful and relaxing weekend.
